Isles and stairs are dirty. When a guest above me walks, it sounds like thunder and woke me up many times. Loud music right next door. Must always wait for a hotel staff to appear at the reception.

I think the building was secure and safe. Furnishings and decor we're clean and in good repair. I did not care for the shower head in my unit as it did not adjust to a soft flow pattern.
Very nice and quiet and the staff was VERY good. We could have our two dogs.

Very clean, friendly staff. Love the weekly social events every Mon-Weds with free food and drinks. During my stay there were bratwurst and burgers with beer!
The staff was very nice and welcoming upon arrival, however after lugging all of my stuff up to the second floor, the door wouldn't open. When going all the way back to the front desk I was met with 'Oh yes, they are up rooms'. Now, maybe I should know what this means, but didn't. The handles open by pulling them UP, FYI. Upon entering the room, they are very spacious, and have very nice kitchens. The cleanliness of the rooms is terrible. A co-worker and I both stayed, and both rooms were really just gross. There were stains covering both couches AND the comforter overlay. The bathroom also needed a very good scrubbing. The pillows on the bed were complete mush-- very uncomfortable. The bed itself was fine and comfortable, but it was hard to crawl in thinking of how dirty the rest of the room was. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was nice, had decent kitchen and space. Had a tv and dvd player and vhs player, nice bathroom, etc. But the bed was one of the worst I've slept in. Cardboardy feeling, flat, yet too firm. Also, not really worth the $200 per night. I'd pay closer to $130.
Hotel was clean. Great breakfast, comfortable beds.
