I was traveling for work and didn't spend much time in the room. When I first arrived, the shower water was running, and it took me a while to get it shut off. Room was clean and comfortable. Every time I tried to use my key, it wouldn't work. I made several trips to the front desk to have it fixed. They were very apologetic and friendly.

Arrived and found the toilet wobbly but functional. The pool was closed and but usable, this was the selling point for this hotel. Rooms were ok but the smell of cleaner was over whelming. The bathroom fan had obviously over looked in the cleaning process it was jammed with debris. Not worth the price sold for a night.

Slept well, hot shower in the morning, easy access to get to town for work in the morning.

Hotel did not look like the pictures that were uploaded. Room and halls smelled like cigarettes even though it's non-smoking. The paint in the room looked unfinished and the handle to sink kept coming off when you used it. It was in a very weird neighborhood with strange people lurking around. Never again!

Only room left in ice storm , no other options. Dirty, noisy, paper thin walls

I used this hotel a lot years ago when it was a Days Inn. Meantime it was an Evergreen. The friendly check in guy told me it had been refurbished. Yes true. Also true that it had since run down again. This hotel is low end. Low price. Perfect for an 11pm arrival and 5am departure for early flight. It's the easiest hotel to get to PDX. Trust me on that. I've used it countless times but not for years. The shuttle used to be good. Don't know about now. I was happy that basically nothing had changed in two decades. No surprises.

This place was awful. When I arrived, there was a maintenance man in my room and the floors were wet. The furniture was moved about and not in the right places. One of my pillows had no pillow case on it, and the pillow looked a few years overdue for replacement. The lampshade where damages and there was nail polish stand all over the desk. Outside, the ground was littered with trash and cigarette butts. The trash bin was overflowing, and there was a jar of rotting food on a windowsill. The door to the outside was never locked, so anyone could just walk into the hotel unchecked. Back inside, the room was very noisy and I could hear every person and footstep out in the hallways. I could also hear very loudly my next door neighbors (where were not being loud). The door that opened up from my room to theirs did not lock properly and I was able to "pick" the lock with a pen in about 3 seconds. I slept with furniture propped up against the door and earplugs in. In the morning, I found that the shower curtain had no liner, so everything got wet. The soap was foul smelling and barely lathered. It was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had.

The front desk was not very nice about the $100 Cash Only deposit. This is unprofessional, something i,d expect traveling in S.E Asia. So if you book online you better have a $100 on you cause no refunds either after you book. They dont mention this on the website. And they never once say thank you!

It is heard just talking sound of beside room. So poor soundproof.

So evidently this hotel rents rooms by the week etc.. I gathered from the looks of some of the people staying there is was more like a motor lodge than a hotel.. There was constant screaming and shouting kids running around etc

Check in took all of 5 minutes and I was on my way to relaxing in my room after a long hard day at work. Everything is clean, spacious rooms with fridge and microwaves! Gym is simple but has the basic work equipment and was very clean.

Updated rooms are spacious and comfortable with fridge and microwave. Great place at a reasonable price.

This is my 2nd stay here and everything was great. I will be back.

Noisy, not even the basic tv stations, should not say they provide breakfast if all they are going to provide is packaged pastry and fruit. The apple was so old it was mushy.

Doors on rooms are not set properly they will wake you when anybody enters or exits, sketchy area of town. only recommend if last option.

Much different than it used to be. Would recommend.

never again, find somewhere else to stay um I don't know maybe your car.

The desk clerk upon arrival was rude to me, and when he talked to men he was sweet as pie. This was a gender discrimination, I feel the least you could do is give me my money back. Customer service is key at a hotel.

the hotel was just renovated and the room was clean, and décor very pleasant, and beds were very comfortable. the staff were super helpful. great place for the money

Hotel has been remodeled but the bathroom/shower area still looks old and very tacky.
