Our only issue was that our room was located on the third floor, then to total length of the hotel. Being handicapped was an issue to deal with at this distance. The other handicap problem was there was a handicap shower chair available in the room.....but it would not fit the tub only sideways. You could not sit on it with the limitation for you legs and feet.....don't work. We did use the spa, was excellent, very nice.

Super clean, super comfortable beds, surprisingly good breakfast. All for an amazing price. Location isn't super central but it's worth it.

Location's good and next to a mall area. Facilities are quite old.

Basic hotel room, clean and simple. Staff was very helpful when I had questions. It was a good hotel for the price. I would stay there again.

Nice place to stay. We stopped here in the middle of a 1000 mile road trip. Night clerk gentleman was very personable and polite. Morning young lady not as much. Nice breakfast included to get our day started off right.

Stayed during a snow storm. Parking lot wasn't plowed (but then, the entire city was caught off guard). They readily lent me a snow shovel when I needed to free up a stuck rental car.

A little run down and room was not the cleanest. Slept with our t-shirts over pillowcases because they were yellow.

Beds are very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay, a little dated but whatever that's not important

Check-in was quick and painless, staffs were helpful and friendly.

Had an early flight home so wanted something close to the airport for our last night. Worked out perfectly as it is a quick easy drive to the airport. Room was nice includes a breakfast which we did not get a chance to eat.

Easy access to highways, yet quiet. Small parking lot with street parking. Rooms need updating and attention. Carpet had stains, bathroom was older and wallpaper peeling, etc. Decent price for our one night stay and close to where we wanted to be.

Internet kept disconnecting so couldnt use the internet Internet kept disconnecting so couldnt use the internet Internet kept disconnecting so couldnt use the internet Internet kept disconnecting so couldnt use the internet

It smelled so bad! The hallways, the rooms smelled as if they hadnt been cleaned. Very strong odor.

Hotel staff was great. Room on the other hand was nothing like the pictures, old and dated but was attempted to look updated. Bathroom had mold, bed made noise, our bathroom carpet was wet the whole time, you can hear every noise from the hallway and from other rooms. Make sure you double check price so you don't over pay!!!!

Unclean hall, said they were renovating and elevator smelled cigarettes.

This hotel is conveniently located, and it was easy to get around the city from this location even if you are unfamiliar with the area. Also allows dogs with clean grassy areas outside so they can walk and use the restroom.

We arrived late in the evening, but the man that helped us was very nice.

It is a good location with transportation service to the airport. Unfortunately when we flew back and called them to pick us up, the taxi person called out sick. We had to pay for a cab which negated the reason of park and stay. The hotel just said sorry.

We had to stay in the area of local hospital and this hotel was near by. There are limited options, so overall it was fine.

Great location to the summit I was attending close by. The things that were missing.. a directory or folder with some information in it! About the hotel and the area. I had to go to the front desk as I didnt know the number for reception... the guy on desk that evening was wonderful though. And it wasnt his fault.. so I left it. And there was no chair in my room! My husband rang and the phone cord didnt extend so I could sit anywhere to talk to him - not long enough to sit on the bed even! Two tables... but no chair! Very strange and for $104 ... not good enough.
