The shower was awe full but it looked like the hotel was getting a much need update it just didn’t make it to our room yet. The bed was really bad and kept moving because it was on wheels. Wow I know. Hopefully when the constus done it will be a nicer place

It was clean and comfortable and good service. Although no hot water for shower.

I don’t understand why everyone gives bad reviews of this hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and plentiful. My room was clean. I would stay here again.

They couldn’t find my reservation, gave me a room that was occupied. When I went for breakfast they were rude and told me it had ended. The shuttle driver that got me from hotel was nice

sagging mattress. Put in a wake up call for 4:30AM to take 5:00AM airport shuttle. Never received wake up call. Woke up on my own at 5:05AM, Had to take 5:30 shuttle for a 6:30AM flight. Barely made flight & bag checking deadline.

There was a used tampon on the bathroom (bathroom smell horrible), also cockroachs in the freezer worst hotel ever i wouldn't recommend.

Our plane landed hours early before we could check in. So I asked the front desk person if it was alright if we hung out in the lobby waiting area until our room was done. Mind you we arrived at 9 am, and you couldn't check in until 2:30-3 pm. As my fiancee and I sat in the waiting area, I had dozed off on the couch, he did too. I am woken up by someone kicking the couch and telling me that I cannot sleep here. Dazed, and just waking up I try to explain to this man that we are waiting for our room and happened to doze off. He begins to raise his voice to me telling me that we look like homeless people sleeping in HIS lobby and that it is bad for business. He said that if he catches us sleeping again, we won't have reservations. I asked the man who he was, and he said he was the owner of the property. This man was very rude, raising his voice to me and basically threatening me to take the money I had already paid for the room. A couple hours go by, and the front desk guy asked for our last names as he may have a room ready. By this time, it's about 12 pm. As we are getting out keys from the young man, the "owner" of the property sticks his head and says that he is waiving the early check in fee and that he apologizes for earlier. At this point all I wanted was to sleep, we had a very long flight, only to be welcomed to this property by a very rude man. I said it's all good, and continued to our room. Will I stay here again, HELL NO.

Place is a fleabag. Id look somewhere else. Only redeeming quality is the airport shuttle.

this visit was a better experience. The room was in better shape and was ready when we arrived

The property is in a not so pleasant part of town. The hotel is old and in desperate need of updating. The room i had was painted orange and my 3 year could have done a better job. The view out my door was of a weeded up fence at the end of a dead end road. There were spiders in the room, the bed would squeak everytime you moved in it. The co continental breakfast was horrible... consisted of waffles, oatmeal, cereal and bagels. Milk and sour cream was not kept on ice, no sugar for coffee.

There was hair on the clean towel. Tv would stop working had to reset it offten. Bugs on bathroom floor.

I don’t understand why everyone gives bad reviews of this hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and plentiful. My room was clean. I would stay here again.
