Days Inn and Suites Vancouver Mall

The front desk folks were awesome, but other than that is was an ok stay.

Small hotel.walking distance to the mall. Nice staff received call from one of them for early check in. Hot tub was closed.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Location is good for getting around. Room cleanliness was pretty good.

Great place overall to stay. Clean, quite, everything works, convenient location, friendly staff. Highly recommend this days inn hotel near freeways, shopping, mall, airport etc.

I needed a place to stay for the night. This hotel served the purpose for a fair price.

Very few amenities pool area was dirty no towels available in the pool area

It was a nice room for a decent price. Located by the mall and plenty of places to eat.

I didn't expect much based on the reviews, but was well worth it. Our room was remodeled, it smelled clean. Very friendly staff. The downside was that it's too close to the freeway, were light sleepers so it was disturbing.

Very frustrating taking an hour to check in when I arrived due to an apparent untrained I knowledgable front desk clerk. Dirty floors throughout the hotel. Dirty room with long strands of black visibly on the bed from the previous guests. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Worn out looking bedding. Pricey for what you get.

Closest mall store is JCPENNEY Microwave, fridge and iron/board in spacious comfortable room

Conveniently located near Portland Oregon. This is one of several hotels located next to a Mall. Includes a continental breakfast and the comfortable room has a microwave and refrigerator. After a long day of sightseeing we took a nice swim in the indoor pool and a soak in the hot tub.

Nice stay. Rooms clean, and front desk stay were great

Great location, across the street from the Vancouver Mall and lots of restsurants of the Red Lobster/Red Robin sort, just about 20 minutes from PDX. Friendly, helpful staff.

This hotel is a good value for the money. Nothing fancy here. Everything was clean but definitely worn. Free breakfast wasn't much more than waffles, cereal and muffins- no protein options here. If all you need is a place to rest your head, then this is it. Across the lot from the local mall. Half the price of a hotel in downtown Portland and maybe 10 mins away via car.

Friendly Staff, Clean Room, Nice Breakfast included

I stayed at the Days Inn on 2 occasions in the past 2 weeks. Having recently relocated to WA for work, I needed somewhere to stay closer to the office during the week. The first stay was just fine. The room was clean, fridge only with a comfy bed.Overall, good value and comfortable. On my second stay, the fantastic front desk agent upgraded my room so I could see my car in the front lot (due to moving,I had a ton of stuff in my car, it's not that i was wworried about the location of the hotel ). While this was very kind, the room was disappointing. The drapes were stained and the carpet was torn including visible, large stains on the carpet. The bathroom was clean which was a plus. This wasn't the best place that I've ever stayed at, but in no way was it the worst. I wouldn't spend the extra money for the upgraded room.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

We were very disappointed by this place. It was next to some good shopping areas but the hotel quality and cleaness was horrible. We will not be staying here again. The place was filled with teenagers drinking and was very loud regardless of complaining about noise issues.

This is a basic hotel, nothing really exciting about it (though there is breakfast, and a pool and other amenities), but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable and nice for the price we paid. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

The check in was easy - no problems. Even got the first floor which I phoned a month ago to make sure we got. This is about our 5th time staying there and will be our last. Next trip will be a different hotel. Last stay there were problems, too. The reason: the hotel is getting in bad physical shape. Some of the problems we had: tub was dirty - powder or something that turned the white dish cloth yellow. Tub was cracked and had a definite soft spot so when you stepped there almost lost my balance. Window curtain: had a section of the white liner torn off so in the morning the bright light came through. Did not bother me with the light but looked tacky. Plus I would have to put the curtain on the window sill so the air from the a/c did not blow up into the window. Sheets: they were fitted sheets but were too small for the pillow top mattresses which resulted them coming off as soon as two people laid on the bed. Mattress pad: Housekeeping did not smooth it out, was all bunched up even after they remade the bed. Towels: very ruff. I do not use fabric softener but my towels are softer than theirs were. Also, the towels had stains on them. Pillows: felt like they were filled with cut up squares of foam. TV: distorted picture. Was too low which resulted in not being able to see if you laid on the side of the TV on the outside bed. Was even hard to lay in bed vs sitting on the bed to watch it. I am sure there is more, but those are the things I remember most.
