DO NOT GO HERE! The front desk person was the only bright spot of the experience. They were upfront about the pool being closed and the hotel undergoing an overhaul after prior bad management. However, that did not prepare me for what we found. The wallpaper was peeling, there were scoffs and holes and dents everywhere in the hallways and room, furniture was a mess, it was clearly run down. Ok, I'm a budget traveler and can live with that for one night. But there was hair in the sink, ants in our 2nd floor bathroom, and a cup of coffee in the microwave?! That is a current problem with the current housekeeping and management. Then the next morning, "breakfast" was oatmeal packets and a juice machine with a sign saying it was broken. Part of the reason for selecting this hotel was because we had to be somewhere early and I wanted a place that had breakfast included so we didn't have to find something on our own. Again, this is a current management problem. If you don't want to provide breakfast, don't include it on list of amenities. This was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Worse then old Motel 6s I've stayed at. No way is it appropriate to charge $100/night for this. Absolutely appalling.

This is one of the worst Days Inns we've stayed at! There was garbage in the hall blocking the pool door., apparently the pool is closed. Vending machines were unplugged and empty. Hallways needed vacuuming. The door to our room was damaged making it difficult to operate. The door key took several attempts before the door released. Once inside the room was decent, spacious, warm, and clean. We needed tp one morning but could not find anyone around at 8 a.m. the staff spoke with a heavy Indian accent making it difficult to communicate. The hotel lists amenities of having breakfast and there are signs in the lobby stating breakfast times. However, that was no breakfast at all! No coffee, no juice, nothing!!!! Very disappointing. No elevator so we had to lugg our luggage up a flight of stairs! Not fun when you have bad knees

Checking in was extremely slow, the keys did not work so I had to go back downstairs to get them activated. There is no elevator, which doesn’t necessarily bother me but is worth noting for others. The room was questionably clean, no soap left in the bathroom for hand washing. Other guests were also complaining that their room smelled like smoke. Our headboard had a lot of smudges on it like it had not been wiped down. Overall, it’s a place you want to bring a container of Lysol wipes with you to.

I was very unhappy and switched hotels

Staff refused to give us clean towels. 2 women and one man. 3 towels is never enough. Brochure never stated the hot tub and pool were to be closed. That wa the main reason we wanted to stay there. The pop and candy vending machines were totally empty. Outdated and stained sitting chair. I feel the proprietors did not care about the customers or the motel property. New management sorely needed. We felt duped

This hotel is in serious disrepair.

The location is really nice being near the mall and other things. Unfortunately the first impression comes with pulling in as the outside road is full of larger than "normal" pot holes that I worried would damage our car. Our room was not the original one booked (but technically an upgrade). The tv did not turn on, no coffee pot nor microwave plate in the appliance. Found out while trying to open the window the following morning that there was no screen (dangerous with kids) and it was also unlocked. I saw a pool but it did not look open. This place just seems to be a work in progress. Bathroom was nice and considering the deal I got, it was a decent stay. Very nice check in experience.

It was fairly quiet. The pool/hot tub was not open. No breakfast, only coffee and some kind of juice.

No towels, Floor not vacuumed, tv remote broken, room smelled like cannibals on check in. No room service during a four night stay. Do not recommend staying at this hotel.

When I arrived at the hotel I could immediately tell the place looked run down. It smelled horribly of cigarettes and pot upon walking near the entrance. I arrived around 1:30 to see about early check in, and they did have a sign out about no early check in that day. So I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes and no one ever showed up to the front counter at all, and the whole time there was a super drunk hotel guest that was making me feel incredibly uncomfortable, asking me to his room and offering to wait with me to help me to my room. But no one else around to help me. I got so uncomfortable that I went to the Comfort Inn in the same parking lot and paid for a second hotel, which turned out to be nicer anyways. It just sucked to pay for 2 hotels, but I was past the cancellation window. They do charge a no show fee, so I did still go check in, and even when I went back to check in, there was still no one at the front desk, but that wait was much shorter and they finally put a bell out front. I always take photos of how I leave my hotel room, so before I went to check out of my unused room, I went to it to take a photo, and the card they gave me didn't even work for the room. On a positive side, it is right across from the Vancouver Mall, which was a nice spot to visit. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

Free breakfast turned out to be a bottled water, granola bar and a banana. Bath tub was cracked and was barely usable. No maid service. Pool was down for repairs. TV remotes did not work. Generally out of date and I would not stay here again.

This hotel is terrible

The air conditioning didn't work the hotel smalled like cigarettes. The pool was dirty the carpet was filthy my curtains were ripped.

Some homeless around the back of the facility but never an issue. Bathroom sink was clogged therefore causing a leak in the bathroom floor. Severe black mold was in the shower area, fan worked, but if anyone had allergies I would not recommend this hotel due to health issues. Having a U-haul was an issue. Nowhere to park on the premises. We stayed for over a week's length of time and found it to be convenient, comfortable and relaxing.

This was advertised as a 3 star hotel with a beautiful free breakfast. This hotel had holes in the wall, peeling wall paper, broken furniture and moldy bathrooms. It also smelled like urine and bad odors throughout. It was no 3 star hotel but more like a homeless shelter. I was extremely disappointed and will be contacting orbitz and visa to get my money back. The pictures and advertising was a big lie.

Property was well maintained and clean. Some minor repairs were needed in our room.

They were all booked up and Orbitz still booked us to them..horrible company to do business with

Front desk staff super nice and helpful!
