Clean room, good location. Had a mini fridge which was nice. Decent size.

The hotel is not bad. It is at the beach, so constant maintenance is always needed. The location is great for access to north beach and the USS Lexington. It is only a short drive to downtown Corpus too. The room was nice, and although not new, not in bad shape. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

Staff friendly and helpful, but accomodations were sorely lacking for a motel charging $84/day (half that would still not have been a good value). This place needs to be leveled and re-built... a "facelift" remodeling is not going to help.

The wifi is terrible. The overall feeling of the room is not very comfortable.

I stayed here as a last resort. This hotel was dirty, in complete disrepair and just plain horrible. There were large spots in several places on the wall were paint was peeling off, the room smelled, and the carpet was filthy. The sheets didn't really fit the bed so when I woke up in the middle of the night they were falling off. The comforter was dirty and there were dead bugs in the corners--I also woke up to a live cockroach in bed with me. Needless to say, I didn't even last the entire night. This is not a good choice--I would sleep in my car before I stayed here again. I can't believe they are even allowed to stay open--they should be PAYING you to live through a night at this horror.

Slightly outdated, but clean. Good for the money. Will like to recommend to others.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The bed was not comfortable at all but the room was clean.. However putting the address into the gps took us further down the road and actually made us pass up the hotel and the breakfast needs some help. I would go back just because of the staff and the reasonable price

If you are looking for a place to rest your head and take a shower this is the spot. It's nothing fancy, but it did accomadate my family of six with it's double beds, refridgerator, microwave, tv, and pool.

you cant go wrong for the price , the water was right outside the door. Cool ac, micro and fridge, cable. yes i would stay again!!!

when i first arrived the first room we were in the a/c took a minute to cool but the toilet overflowed when i tried to reach the front desk the room phone didn't work, the second room neither worked, the last room i was moved to the a/c was fine toilet was ok then started acting up. The staff was nice but I won't be back.

The pictures are outdate. The room was so flight and there were a group of men partying in the parking lot. I went to the office & demanded a refund which I did get and stayed elsewhere.

Customer service was good, but the hotel is old, smelly, they offer a breakfast which was extremely bad. I have stayed at other hotels within the same price rate and they were not near as bad as this one. They do have a nice view though. I wouldnot stay again even if I get paid for it

Very friendly staff, the rooms are average but the area is very convenient for fishing.

We loved the location, it was so close to the beach. We even walked to The USS Lexington. It only took about 15 minutes to get to Aransas Pass for more sight seeing. What we will not forget is that my daughter who is 8 got sick during the trip, luckily for all of us the Hospital was about 5 minutes away. She was fine, her asthma acted up. Overall, this is a great location and we will definitely go to this hotel again.

we came through Corpus and saw the hotel sits on the backside of the bay. Tenants were out till after midnight fishing. When we got to the room there was a foul odor inside and we had to turn on the airconditioner and spray the room down with febreeze before it covered it up. The toilet would not flush and water leaked all over the bathroom floor. The price was about on par with the quality of the room. The hostess was very helpful and was quick to remedy the situation.

This proprerty is in severe disrepair, an older property that is way behind in maintaince. Dirty, Not Clean.

I was in town to go fishing. I arrived early and the staff were very kind to work with me and my schedule to get to my destination. I would visit here again.

I originally reserved a one bed room for only 49.99! Not a bad price, but me and my brother did not want to share the bed, so we upgraded to two double-size beds. The manager gave us a small discount for the upgrade so that was even better. The rooms seem to be good if you taking your fishing buddies and not a significant other, we only paid 65.00! The fishing was literally 30 feet away!

the room was clean but it had a stale odor, we rested very well and the showers had hot water, the front desk was very helpful and friendly. If we come by that way again for a longer stay, we would come back, didn't really have time to use the pool. larger cups for coffee in the a.m. would be nice as we preferred to have our breakfast in our room and it was a ways to walk to get a tiny cup of coffee. the grounds area around the water was littered with trash, made it a little unpleasant.

The location was great; right on the bay! The rooms were old but clean, and our kids enjoyed the cartoon channels available. Continental breakfast was included, but the cereal available was stale. Overall, our experience was nice. It wass quiet and peaceful and met all our needs.
