Showed up and received very rude customer service from the front desk lady. She said i had no reservation and that their system doesn't link to online, she gave me a disgusting room in very poor conditions which wasn't even the room i had booked online. Bottom line is that they need to update their computer system , provide better rooms and improve their customer service!!-.-

Pleasant staff, clean rooms, and nice continental breakfast. We will stay there again.

Good location and staff, Excellent deal for the money!

Hotel was a great value for a one night stay. Arrived late, but no problem checking in. Breakfast was good. Recommend for business value.

Nice easy walk to pacific university. Hotel was clean and in good repair. Not a brand new fancy schmamcy place, but a great value for the price. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

It is an economical hotel with some of the friendliest staff. The pool is nice rooms are average and well worth the low price.

Awsome experience will return vary soon crear staff awsome breakfest in the morning. Vary friendly staff and a crear experience.

The only reason to stay here is for the price. The breakfast really isn't. The room is ok, but old and worn: paint stains on carpet, mildew in shower stall caulking. The ice machine would wake the dead. Air and heat work fine. Staff ok.

The room was big and clean. Definitely an economy hotel, but a nice one. I would be very happy to stay there again and recommend it.

the location was perfect for us, close to a university family and entertainment, and of course fast food. I expected more noise but even on a night that was near full occupancy, we didn't hear any. The pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was ordinary but had hot make your own waffles. Donuts were also available. All staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The downside? Carpet in room was kind of gross with stains, there was water damage on the floor in the bathroom, there were a few ants and a few bathroom plumbing problems with the toilet that we fixed ourselves (keep running, but easy to fix). Bedding was extremely worn and even a few holes. When asked for crib I received it with a dirty blanket and dirty stained pillow and no sheets or pillow case. When I asked for sheets I was given a torn one that did not fit the mattress. All of these things were not a very big deal. I easily went shopping and bought my own sheets and still came out ahead on the room price. We would have stayed at a nicer place, but one we first considered does not have private bathrooms and the better known place was under remodel and noisy per recent reviews. I would stay again if I really needed a place. It did not smell bad. I rated low on cleanliness because of the bugs, I think housekeeping is doing a good job and that rating does not reflect on them. For the price I think it was a reasonable value.

I would've paid maybe $30 or less a night for this hotel. When we arrived, the front desk didn't even ask for confirmation or I.D.!!! Then we get to the room and the wood on the half wall is detached with nails in it and the T.V. is VERY old school and the sound goes in and out. I called the front desk to come and check those things out and they said they would. All they had to do was switch T.V.s and get some nails and a hammer and those problems would've been fixed. We were there for 2 nights and they NEVER came! The floor didn't look like it had been vacuumed and the shower barely got warm. So overall, they need to either shut down or remodel. I would give them negative stars if I could.

The only problem is that there is always people mostly men, including employees smoking at the back door so the back entry including the hall smells of smoke

Hotel felt old and rundown. Different carpets in living space. Fairly clean overall.

Motel is a 2 star, somewhat clean but smells. Worst part is breakfast. Bread and cereal is all you get, once in awhile juice may appear. Get this, a cat roams around the breakfast room on tables, chairs, around the food. Manager asked us to make sure it didn't get out. If that doesn't make you lose your appetite! Beds are old. Best thing about the motel is its location to Pacific University. Stayed two nights, then cancelled the rest.

FANTASTIC staff. It was an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was sufficient - toast and cereal. It was clean, rooms were big, included a fridge and microwave. I suggest this hotel to everyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money. No complaints here.

The furniture upholstry was so filthy that my husband had to put a bath towel down on the chair before he would sit on it.

The place advertises as completely smoke-free, but my room reeked of cigarette smoke. I showed up during after-hours and had an early appointment, so I'm unsure if I could have requested a different one. Decent place for the price otherwise, but would not stay again unless assured of a smoke-free room.

I stayed there for 2 nights and was very disappointed in the room. The bed was visibly sagging and very uncomfortable. All of the decor was from the '70's, so I imagine that's how old the bed was too. The bed spread had a large cigarette burn hole in it and the couch had tears in the fabric. The hotel had a very unusual smell in the hallways. The positive was it was very quiet and the continental breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

I slept , ate and watched television. Sometimes the tv channels didn't have sound. Beds are good, it is quiet and there is no smoke smell. The waffle machine is impressive! Continental breakfast is good.

The location was fine, we didn't stay at the motel much but were there in the mornings and had the continental breakfast which was enough to get our day started. My wife brought me coffee, a muffin, and a piece of pastry which was fresh and the coffee good. They told us the breakfast would be ready at 7am and it was. Also, when we first arrived, we requested a non-smoking room and it appeared that most of the rooms were non-smoking. In our room the ac was not working, so immediately we were moved to another room in which the ac was working and I could not detect that any smoking had been done in either of the rooms. The tv took a bit to get it to work with the cable but I didn't have to call anyone to get it working. We needed a iron, and board and they were very quick about delivering it to our room. If we go back to the same area we will probably stay in the same place. No noise or drunks. Good parking.
