The lobby and hallways to rooms had a very strong smell of old deep fryer oil. One of the 2 queen beds in the room had dark hairs all over the sheets. I was given king sheets by the front desk to make the bed myself because there was only one person on duty. There weren't any outlets in the bathroom for styling tools. We had to unplug and move the coffee machine.

This hotel’s lobby feels like a dead hipster bar that nobody wants to be seen at. It’s really close to the airport so we got to hear a lot of planes taking off. There is a busy road side to the hotel that we stayed on an it’s as noisy as a highway, I would ask for a room not on that side, Or on the ground floor sine people walking by can look in your room. The shower grout is a creepy yellow light brown color that doesn’t match the white grout in the rest of the mildly cleaned bathroom. The bed was also nothing to compliment about I was looking forward to stay here because of a stay at another aloft in Colorado that was great but was left somewhat disappointed in all of my expectations.

LOUD....
SO LOUD!! POOR SERVICE. Our entire family was woken around 12:30 am when a huge party of screaming, laughing drunk people came back to their room across the hall. Woke half the floor up. When we called management to address it, they did nothing. Literally. We had to pound on their door multiple times to ask them to be quiet; management did nothing and did not offer other accomodations or a refund. The noise didn't stop until 4:45 am. No one in my family slept before their early AM flights. TERRIBLE, UNRESTFUL STAY FOR AN AIRPORT HOTEL. AVOID!!
