This place is fine relative to its cost. Nothing fancy or well-maintained about it, but it’s cheap and close to the airport. Don’t expect to find anything to eat at the “free breakfast”.

I arrived at the hotel late at night after a flight from Phoenix and was told that I couldn't check in for two more hours, despite the front desk staff acknowledging my sincere desire to get to bed. This caused me a lot of frustration, especially since I had a business meeting the next morning. The staff was anything but, helpful in making my stay more comfortable? In fact, they double charged me and laughed when I asked for a check out receipt in the morning.

Convenient location to airport, friendly staff.

Bed not made. Also bedbugs or insects on the mattress.

I picked this hotel purely for location and price. I normally stay at a neighboring hotel when I'm in Houston. The hotel is old and a bit dated. The room looks like they have been trying to make repairs here and there but there was a lot of dents and chips in the furniture, walls, and corners. The sheets felt old and worn. The room was as clean as you can get for an old property. A few light bulbs were out in my room and the alarm clock display was not working properly. There was a cold refridgerator but no microwave. The room is very tiny but efficient. I do appreciate that the owners take steps to keep the property secure such as the property was well lit, there are security cameras everywhere, there is a wrought iron fence around the property, night time entry is access controlled through the front door so they see everyone who enters the building and they positioned the hotel van in a way to make sure any vehicle entering had to go thru the portico and be seen on camera. The pool was closed even though it was July and it looks like every pool lounge chair was broken. The AC was a bit noisy but it does crank out some very cold air. Depending on flight paths, planes from IAH can fly over all of the hotels on JFK Blvd. It's okay for 1 night stay.

Got a very noisy neighbor who will not be quite until 1:30am. Sound insulation is very poor from hall way. It is a pity for the rest of facilities.

Horrible establishment walked walked out still got charged.

The wifi didnt work, it was dirty, it smelled like animals in the hallway. There werent enough towels and the people in the room next door argued and fought all night, and we couldnt sleep.

It was convenient to work, and close to dining. Friendly staff and quiet at night.

It was simple and convenient. The Staff supported very well.

Upgrade the breakfast is to simple, but staff is very friendly

Near Airport. Free Airportshuttle. Nice Rooms. Good Price. Everything you need while in Transit at Houston Airport.

The remote control for the TV didn’t work. I reported this to the CSR at the front desk; she basically instructed me on how to reprogram the remote myself instead of giving me another remote control! I tried her suggestion which didn’t work, neither did trying to manually operate the TV by using the buttons on the bottom of it. There was only one channel! I eas like, “Forget it!!” 🙄😲🙁

Customer service nice people always help people when customers need something

Convenient location. Cost value ratio is great....
