Elevator wasn’t working, had to carry luggage up/down 4-flights.
The rooms smell very humid upon request to change I was informed that all the rooms smell the same. Also the pool deck floor is uneven one of my family members Injured his toe on it.

The suites are well laid out, much nicer than a standard hotel room even though the space is about the same. The bathroom had a walk-in shower so much nicer than a bathtub. It was clean, well located and staff friendly.
Updated rooms that were white glove crystal clean.
Location of property is within walking distance to at least 10 restaurants..
It was fine. The cleaning staff was very nice. The pool heater wasn’t working.
