Great place just needs a update and cleaning
Everything was good!
On arrival the air did not work, the fridge was leaking, and when we turned the stove on the top started smoking, there were dishes not cleaned properly, and cobwebs on the lighting in the bathroom. The unit is very outdated and the couch had multiple stains and throw pillows on couch and bed were disgusting. The bed was very uncomfortable & I went to Walmart and purchased bedding bc i was not sleeping on what was provided.
Our stay on Admirals Row was decent. Kiddie pool wasn’t impressive. The beach was beautiful. Not many activities to enjoy. Food options were extremely minimal after 6p. Didn’t feel like a good place to roam around the city after hours. You can tell the resort has been there for a very longtime. The enhancements to update it were much appreciated. Bicycles and beach chair/umbrellas extremely overpriced.
Wonderful resort for family and adults.
Location was great but overall the property Manager needs to check some of the rooms. Clothes doors was not secure and the beds sheets Headed Stan on it this place is not worth going Back.
Love the convenience of restaurants on site. Wish the room was a little more updated. Very close to everything location was great!
This is a great place to stay in Hilton Head. The only thing we didn’t like is that the pool and bar closed at 8pm. We missed our night swim time, but it was s very peaceful property.
The plumbing was ancient and did not work properly to say it was a ocean view what's really not accurate you could only see the ocean if you hung out over the balcony and looked over buildings
I didn't like the bedroom it was small and only had a full size bed and was supposed to be a queen
Place was run down . Was charge a 50 dollar for cleaning fee then was told we throw trash out. Also had a moldy smell

We loved that it was easy to access the beach! This location had easy access to everything we needed. There is only one elevator & it was in the opposite end of where we were staying, so climbing up the stairs 2-4 times daily was very tiring. Absolutely loved the beach area! I wish there were public bathrooms though.
Refused to clean the unit after extending time. Unit was drab and outdated compared to others seen for lesser price. Musty smell.

We liked that it was affordable with a beach and pools. It is very family friendly with daily activities. It felt safe on the property. The landscaping could use an upgrade. One of our party found several cockroaches in their unit.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. I do apologize that there were maintenance issues upon your arrival. I am glad that maintenance was able to quickly take care of them.

I am sorry that you were not fully satisfied with your stay and that you were not aware of the activities that we offer here at the resort. There are family/children's activities each day Monday through Thursday. On Monday night (during season) we offer a Dive-In Movie in our large pool. As for dining options, Hilton Head offers many many options for dining. Everything from Fast Food to Fine Dining. Our front desk staff would have been more than happy to assist you with finding the perfect spot. As for the bike and chair rental pricing, I can pass this information along. However, these amenities are not run by the resort. We so hope that you will come stay with us again soon.

Thank you for the review! I am so happy to see that you had a great time. Our pool is always open from 9 am until 9 pm. I am sorry if you thought is closed when the bar does. As for the bar closing times, they get later during the summer! We hope to see you again soon!

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with you stay with us. We did check the view from the unit you were in and it is ocean view. It is not oceanfront, so it is an angled view across the parking lot. Ocean front units face directly out to the ocean. I am sorry if you thought the unit was ocean front. If there is anything else that I can assist you with, please let me know.
