Beach just down the street, 2 minutes stroll, 240 meters away. Gourmet shops, cafes and eateries right on your doorstep, just across the street, 10 meters from your front door. Two outdoor areas. You cannot beat this location. Pet friendly on request for small dogs only. Airco in lounge room. Free wifi, Foxtel Now included. Access to the apartment is via a flight of outdoor stairs.

Open plan comfy dining & lounge opens up to a large entertaining balcony with amazing views of the ocean. If it¿s too windy you also have the option of an enclosed back balcony with plenty of seating and a hooded gas BBQ. The kitchen includes dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine plus a fully stocked pantry, on a share & replace basis; you take some and leave some. Netflix, Foxtel Now and free WIFI are an added bonus. Two bedrooms include queen beds, main with large ensuite and bath.

The views are magnifying, you can identify the surfers riding the waves across the street, that's how close you are to the beach!
PARKING Off-street parking available in front of garage near entry gate, fits one car. Another parking spot may be available in front of garage number 2, however this is shared spot with neighbour car.
