Great location. Old property in need of renovation but has a quaint appeal.

Clean room, hot shower and a firm comfortable bed. Had everything I needed. 'Breakfast' was packaged buns, muffins and bars with coffee. Nothing real fancy, but good for the price and right at the wharf. Staff was ready for a very speedy check in and very pleasant and helpful when I had questions about food nearby.

The only picture shown when looking at the hotel on line looks NOTHING like the room we stayed in and that was extremely disappointing. It was nice to be within walking distance from the restaurants Pier and beach though

First they told us we were booked for three nights instead of one. Then they gave us a room with a parking lot view even though the reservation said water view. The TV didn’t work at first but we changed the remote control. Overall the worst stay of the trip.

The property was clean and inviting and we just needed a place for the night. The breakfast that was provided was just for a quick grab of a Danish, a cup of coffee and go which was fine for us. The later check-in also fit into our schedule too.

Close to Jet Express and fishing charters. Older motel but nice.

Was traveling for business and hotel was recommended. Was a little disappointed that the "24-hour office" and the 'continental breakfast', while advertised as such, are not offered during the off season; but overall stay was pleasant. Room was clean and suited needs. Location was great!

The hotel has a bar out on the lake. The bar had a band even on week days that rocked till 11pm. So if you need to get some sleep before 11pm forget it.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They did not have 24 hour customer service, continental breakfast, or wifi. The room was filthy. There were stains on the sheets, bed cover, and floor. The bathroom would not close. There were bugs all around the room including a roach we found! We notified the management only to be encountered in a very rude demeanor with no remorse or care whatsoever. I had to drive home at 1am and did not stay.

Good place to stay...no problems...nice...fairly clean...I would stay there again

This hotel is clean and in a great location. If it wasn't a 1 minute walk from the jet express this would be your $35 dollar a night basic, outdated, roadside hotel. Yea the kind where some people shack up for a few months while there passing thru. Bonus points for hot coffee and little Debbie snacks for breakfast. Requires a 2 night stay on the weekends for a measly $180 a night. Quite the deal in Port Clinton

Being near the ferry was the best thing I could say about this place. At $139 a night it left a lot to be desired. Room was clean when we arrived. But did not clean it for second night or leave clean towels. Bathroom was tiny, carpet was hard and rough. I have to say I'd probably stay again if I had to because of the distance to downtown and ferry.

Even though it's an older, dated motel, it's clean and the water view of the harbor across from the Port Clinton Yacht Club is fantastic. There is a dockside seating area and a dockside bar around the corner where you can get a brew or cocktail. We'd go back!

My husband stayed here for a business trip and found it clean and comfortable which is exactly what he needed. So much better than the room I booked for him last year. Thanks so much!!!

We arrived around 9 PM, as we had told them per our telephone call. There was one partial parking space. However, two parking spaces were taken up with boat trailers. We were placed next to the laundry, where the night shift does the laundry. First we heard a dryer which sounded like it had some sneakers in it---thump, thump, thump. Then the spin cycle in the washer started. Imagine your washer going off balance, but louder and longer. Heard this for at least 4 times. My friend's bed, next to the laundry wall was shaking. I didn't realize that until the next morning, and I thought perhaps it was above us and waited for something to fall through the ceiling. The next morning, we asked to be placed in a different room for the next night. There were few reservations for Sunday night, so we were given a room "on the water." Breakfast coffee was not to the liking of the others traveling with me. They provided juice, some fruit and Danish and granola bars for breakfast. This motel was convenient to several HOT spring birding spots in Ohio. It is also used by fishermen from the lake. That means you hear the dumping of ice from coolers either during the night, or very early in the morning. Otherwise, it was quite quiet. The rooms were comfortable, had a microwave, refrigerator, but were nothing special. Bathrooms were especially small.

Tiny bathroom, noisy inefficient air conditioner, tired looking bedspread. It was pretty bad all around. Would not go there again or recommend.

it was great, the staff was friendly... the room wes clean , changed bedding , and fresh towels everyday.. and didnt have to drive anywhere.. i will stay there again...

We booked a double room. It was clean and a nice size for two people but would have been small for four. There was a small refrigerator in the room but no coffee pot. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were right in the middle of everything - ferry boat, downtown and several restaurants. I would stay there again. Port Clinton is a nice place to visit and centrally located to several tourist attractions.

Thank you for your review. We have rooms that look like cabins and others are your typical hotel room. It would all depend on the type of room you booked.

We are very sorry with the confusion on your reservation. We had not received the reservation online before you checked in. We would have been happy to move you to a waterfront room had you said something at your time of check-in.
