The check-in lady was extremely friendly and helpful. She even gave us shamrock ☘️ stickers as it was St. Patty’s Day! Room was good, only issue was a very hard matress. Great location if you are seeing Charlotte County!

Nice location and good price. Would like to see coffee maker in the rooms since the lobby is sometimes a long walk.

This was an average stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nothing was broken. It was very loud because of a group of people that were hanging outside drinking, but not sure the hotel could do anything about that. There are tons of places to eat and was convenient to get to where I needed to.

Our room was on the main highway side of the building and was extremely noisy. Also, anytime there were other customers outside you could hear their conversations as if they were in the room with us. Some of their staff doesn't speak English and I had to speak into her phone to let her know we didn't need her to clean the room.

The help at the front desk was not helpful or friendly the coffeemaker in the room was old an small an the breakfast no meat like beacon or sausage for the price of the stay was higher than then ever I think think it.could been better !!!

Our check in was good, and our hotel mgr. was professional and courteous. the room was clean, but there was no ice machine or water cooler on site, and there were undesirable guests in several rooms on the first floor lining the walkways while smoking at tables provided and appearing unfit in public and loud!

Good location, plenty of places to eat

Property was clean and staff was nice. the bathroom and shower area the towel bar and shower bar looked like they could fall off. The towel bar actually did when my husband pulled his towel off the bar. The staff came that day and fixed it. Also, the shower handle wasn't properly installed so we had to figure that out in order to get the water warmer. The pool was fairly clean. Breakfast was limited probably due to covid. Check in/out was not very good. I couldn't understand the kiosk person's accent. You also don't get a receipt when you check out. They told me to get it from the booking company? I thought that was weird because you can't see what they actually charge you right away. All in all it was a decent hotel and we stayed 4 nights.

The door sweeper should be lowered there was a gap on my door concerned me so much so I placed a towel to block the gap. When I arrived someone called the desk about lights not working turns out desk lamp in my room didn’t work either. I had to charge my phone on the sink vanity there was no outlets by bed.

Staff are nice. Rooms are not clean very well.

I drove all day, arrived around 6 to check in. I was directed to a kiosk. HORRIBLE. If you decide to install those on your properties. I will no longer need my Wyndham rewards card, i won't stay any longer. Clerk has English as a second language. Hard to understand. System took 20 minutes. Needed answers-- room was on the third floor, is there an elevator?? Is the restaurant next door good? Where do i park for this room? I gave up. Walked the parking lot to find my room, then moved my car and carried my luggage up to the 3rd floor. Went back to the front desk staff, they told me where the elevator was, where breakfast would be, and suggested some food places. Get rid of the fan kiosk staffed far fsr away-- useless.

We stayed 3 nights. First night I asked maid to just give me extra towels. Second night I asked maid to come back later. She didn't come back at all. Room was not cleaned when we returned at 9:30 pm. No maid service available then.

I had a nice comfortable bed, parking was right outside my door. Interior space is more than adequate for one or two people. The staff was very pleasant. It is located just off a major road so there was adequate eating facilities within walking distance. The one thing that bothered me was the carpeting really felt like it needed to be cleaned.
