The hotel need to have more activity for guest and abit of upgrade in the rooms. They need to put irion coffee and glasses to drink. And like to thank Jinel for all the help his very nice and if you need good customer service his the best needed my room change he did all he can to make sure that was done n yes room He put me in was satisfied. Thanks again Jinel and overall place was good but need more activity n upgrade in rooms.

Everything was great and I really enjoyed my time at hotel Oasis
As the name of the hotel state, it feels like an Oasis from the stress of the local environment. I also loved the Chinese restaurant attached.
Customer service is alwsys awesome! Whatever is needed, is always provided immediately. The restaurant on site always has fresh and delicious food! This is my number 1 stay everytime im in Haiti. Worth it!
Oasis Hotel “Great location, The room was super clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Great location and hotel safety but my room mostly the bathroom needs a little touch up. The toilet doesn't function properly. The shower doesn't have a closing door. Therefore when you shower water is on the floor. The bed wasn't that great either.

I loved my stay at this resort my husband and I were very pleased. The staff was amazing. I received a free upgrade upon check in because the room I was booked to stay in ac did not work. The food was awesome.
