They oversold their rooms. And they canceled my reservation. But they didn’t bother to tell me they’d canceled my reservation until I showed up after an LSU game with my two children. Clerk could have cared less. We were left looking for a room after midnight. Awful! Literally the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced. By the way the charged my card in spite of canceling my reservation.
