The flat also has a double bedroom and another room with two single beds. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay, including a microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The modern bathroom with shower and WC completes the offer.

Outside, the communal garden with fenced lawn, orchard and sunbathing area invites you to relax. The highlight is the saltwater pool (9 x 4 m), which is available from 1 April to 16 October. For cosy evenings there is a barbecue for communal use. There are also parking facilities and a covered terrace with furniture, ideal for al fresco dining.

In addition to the beauty of Poreč, which is known for its ancient monuments such as the famous Eufrasiana Basilica, the surrounding area also offers a wide range of leisure activities. Explore the surrounding hills, charming little farming villages or go on interesting excursions to Venice, Lim Fjord or Plitvice National Park. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, cycling or tennis. The lido is also only 2.5 kilometres away, so water lovers will get their money's worth.
