The estate Il Melograno Country Resort is in the heart of Italy and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday or retreat, it consists of three separate properties with 13 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms to accommodate up to 29 people, 4 kitchens, 4 washing machines, a private pool with solarium and sun beds, a 100 m2 function room, as well as gazebos and outdoor bbq area.
The 28 acres estate is accessed via automated gates, it’s secluded yet only 2 minutes to local shops and 15 minutes to the Adriatic sandy beaches.
Marche is a lovely region to explore, genuine and undiscovered by mass tourism.
The estate can easily be reached from the airports : Ancona, Pescara, Perugia, Bologna and Rome.
