Excellent hotel close to nice small beach. Hotel swimming pool perfect. Great location. Bar with good tapas and hotel evening meal. Beautiful views of the estuary. Well informed staff. Good and easy free parking. Very close to two historic water mill trails.

Good location close to Combarro with parking in private car park at rear. The hotel appears to have been recently refurbished. Whilst the room was fairly basic, it was spotlessly clean and perfectly comfortable for our one night stay. Bathroom had very modern new fittings. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Limited English spoken, but this was not a problem. Whilst the hotel is located in a busy road, two sets of double glazed patio door have been installed, which cuts the noise significantly. We enjoyed a quiet nights sleep. The road side rooms also have balconies overlooking the estuary.

Stayed here as part of a tour group. The hotel is very nice - very pleasant staff (especially the barman who kept making us laugh!), and within easy walking distance of the beach. Rooms were clean and good sized. The breakfasts were good. The evening meals took a long time to be served, but that was probably because we were a tour group so they were having to serve nearly 30 people at once. There is very little to do close to the hotel - two shops, two cafes, and that's it - but it's a good base for travelling round Galicia, and you can walk/take a bus or taxi to nearby towns and villages.

I spent about 15 summers in this property every August and it is just stunning. The staff is really friendly and the hotel has very nice amenities. Can't wait to go back! Located between Pontevedra and Sanxenxo, allows you to go both places in about 10 minutes.

We stayed half board as an Archers tour base. The staff were brilliant, the evening meals and breakfasts of a very high standard. The rooms were very clean and the bars by the beach full of life and CHEAP!!!!! Talking of cheap, the drinks in the hotel were like the Costas used to be in the 60's. For those old enough, you know what I mean! - Huge and for nothing. An excellent bottle of local wine was 5.5 euros. The scenery is fantastic. We would definitely stay there again!

Great value for money. Nice and helpfull staff. Clean room, Nice beds. Some traffic-noise from the road, but quiet in the nighttime. Excellent swimmingpool for the kids. Go visit Combarro close by. Fantastic old town.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights as part of an Archers/Cosmos tour of Galicia in May. It was a very pleasant place to stay with quite friendly and helpful staff. It is only a short walk to some lovely small beaches situated on the Ria de Pontevedra, one of the many inlets that characterise Galicia. It had very good facilities with an excellent dining room, bar and lounges. The rooms were of a good size with balconies. The breakfasts were extremely good with very fresh bread and croissants. We were on a half board package and the dinners were of what I would consider to be around the normal standard for such packages. The main negative factor with the hotel is the situation of the rooms. The rooms at the back looked out on a car park while the rooms at the front looked out on the swimming pool and the beaches. Unfortunately, however, quite a busy road goes past the hotel and the noise from it is quite noticeable despite the rooms at the front being equipped with double doors.

We stayed at this hotel with Cosmos on their Green Galicia holiday at the beginning of September. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet and the staff friendly and helpful Breakfasts were perfectly adequate with plenty of choice. Dinners were a small salad or soup starter, followed by a good portion of the main course. Desserts were very good but weren't anything like we expected from what they were called. Having said this custard really was custard. Short walk to the beach.. There is a lovely coastal walk from the other end of the beach front which is well worth doing.

My wife and I stayed here during early September 2014. We were on The Green Gallicia Tour arranged by Cosmos. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and thought the food was very well prepared in contradiction to the comments we read in past reviews. We were very happy with our accommodation and enjoyed a peaceful sleep each night we were there. Special mention to Begonia and Juan Carlos who served in the bar and restaurant, they worked hard to ensure our enjoyment.

We stayed here as guests on a Cosmos/Archers tour. The hotel was rustic but the rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfortable and the shower was very powerful. The staff were excellent; our balcony door needed fixing and they attended to it straightaway. All of the staff we spoke to couldn't have been nicer. The breakfasts were adequate and the buffet was replenished during the meal. The evening meals were disappointing to say the least - the main course was processed or frozen meat or fish and very little fresh food on the salad buffet. Drinks were reasonably priced and there was a choice of local wines. If they can sort out the evening meal then I'd certainly recommend the hotel. If you stayed there on your own there would be several places within driving distance for a good evening meal at a reasonable price.
