This holiday property is set in 40 acres of woodland and pasture with a private terrace and an outdoor swimming pool. The house is a renovated barn, practical, spacious and wonderfully bright. It has two bedrooms ( a double and a twin,) a shower room and a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area. (85m2) Double doors lead on to a terrace with BBQ and steps down to your parking space. This gite provides an ideal base for exploring the historic sights of the Dordogne (castles, churches....), visiting beautiful stone villages, swimming in the local lake. The Cahors vineyards are on our doorstep
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
