This fantastic 75m² space on the ground floor of a house, divided into two independent accommodations, is situated on a hillside, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table, ideal for relaxing or spending quality time with your group. The room is filled with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The open-plan space also includes a fully equipped kitchen, featuring all the essential appliances such as a stove, oven, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is available for your convenience.

The home offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Both are prepared with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and comfortable night's sleep.

The bathroom is fully equipped with fresh towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and unwind. Please note: the bathroom is located inside one of the bedrooms.

The property is professionally cleaned before each stay to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

The main entrance is the only shared area with the upstairs unit

Nestled in Madeira’s lush mountains, this property is a gateway to scenic hikes like the famous Levada do Furado and the majestic Pico do Arieiro. Nearby, you can explore the Laurisilva forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After a day outdoors, enjoy local Madeiran cuisine at cosy restaurants such as Abrigo do Poiso, known for traditional dishes and mountain charm.

The best way to reach the property is by car.

The Madeira Airport is 45 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
