The room needs painting definitely some upgrades but the staff is great especially the recreation manager, Derek and his crew that work out on the beach and the pool area they were phenomenal they went above and beyond
I thought it was very nice.
My room stunk like stale 4 day old cigarette smoke. The smell attached itself to all my clothes and lingered throughout the day. multiple people commented on how i smelt during the day also. cleary go the last resort garbage room.

Was upset that you had to pay $70. for a cabana on the beach or pay for beach chairs and umbrella. This should have been included. Employees were all very nice especially the breakfast crew.
AMAZING STAY! Every single member of the staff was super nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us. Special thanks to Daniella at the front desk! Honestly one of the best check in experiences we have had EVER and we have been lucky enough to been able to travel all around the world. Breakfast was great and convenient (and the staff in charge were super happy!), the room was spacious, the pool amazing and beach incredible. Couldn’t think of anything wrong with this property. Will definitely come back!

We just returned after staying there for 4 days. The kids had a blast despite the weather. A little rain doesn’t ruin a trip. They were still able to enjoy the ocean, pool and hot tub. The entire staff was amazing. The Susihi Lab was fabulous! The bartender Cory was a rockstar! We will absolutely be back and would recommend this property to all family and friends.
The staff was super friendly. This makes up for the couple short comings. I thought the water pressure on the 5th floor could be a little better. Handle of Dish Washer in Rm 508 was missing. The price to value ratio of Sushi Lab in my humble opinion is low.

Centrally located, love the pool and private area of the beach closer up by the hotel. I thought the fresh popcorn in the mid afternoon was also a nice touch.

Great location and atmosphere. Staff were very helpful and polite, and made us feel welcome! Rooms were spacious and clean and the ocean view from the balcony was awesome. The beach was at your toe tips. The grounds were well kept. Decent breakfast everyday. Beautiful sunrises every morning. We were a traveling family with older children and the location was great for going off site for shopping, exploring, and eating. Plenty to do with in walking distance as well. This not disappoint!
