The staff does not care. You have to ask them for everything from ice to fresh towels to toilet paper. I paid in advance but the blamed me because Orbitz did not pay them & I had to call them to clear it up or they would not give me a room. My 2nd time here & my last. Never Again. Stay away from this wretched motel.
The room was dirty. There was an old open bandaid on the bathroom floor. The sheets were covered with hair. I walked to the front desk tell them the room was dirty. I told them about the sheets and giving me new sheets was there response. I had to change them myself! When checking in they asked to see my ID. They also wanted the ID of the second person staying with me. My minor child did not have her ID and the receptionist gave me attitude. The area around the hotel was so sketchy. I was there with my teenage daughter and we both didn't feel safe. I immediately locked the door and didn't come out until me left.
No refrigerator in the room as stated in description. Bathroom vanity was dirty
If you can find another place to stay, just do it. The rooms are very old and smelled awful, had to open windows for some fresh air. They don’t have outlets by the beds, so you have to charge your devices by the table

Very unprofessional while we were waiting to check in a gentleman walks in saying his toilet was plugged up and they handed him a plunger instead of going to plunge it or send somebody In the maintenance department to take care of that toilet a professional is it to ask the tenant or renter for guest to plug toilet lots of Noise from upstairs also the toilet is for a toddler very small
my workers had trouble getting a hotel that was already reserved for them .. customer service was very inconsiderate

Abandoned trailer in the parking lot, gates locked on the side so only one entrance, no shampoo, microwave, clock, or refrigerator, room smelled musty, could see subfloor in the bathroom and a constant drip of water from the vent above the sink. Had to pay for wifi if you wanted it.
The location wasn't bad but the rooms are dilapidated baseboard coming off areas where they had cut drywall for AC unit and was hanging down with the big hole beds are stiffer than a rock door had a gap big enough that anybody could see you from the other side I am not sure if the motel 6 franchise ever check this room I do recommend that they check all the rooms pillows not very fluffy staff was nice
