A nice stay that was convenient for our family.
Staff never answered phone and weren’t at desk, tv and internet did not work which was only amenity. Area was terrible geared for the safety of my car despite cameras.
Good for one night, traveling for work.

Booked this hotel because I had family emergency at the hospital near by and I need a place to stay overnight. The pictures on website seems very nice. I booked even though the price is much higher than others in the area. When arrived the place was dark, no sign of someone at the front desk. I drove around the property but I don’t see anyone, I decided not to go in because the area seems very unsafe. I called around midnight to notify late check in, the front desk says they are 24hours service, can I get my money back?

Did not like that our room key card never worked and we had to get it deactivated and reactivated everytime. Staff very friendly. Young girl walked up the stairs behind me because Im a little handicapper when the power was out due to someone had an accident and hit a pole

I made a reservation on line and when I got to the front death the ladies didn't want to give me my Room in I never got my refund as well
They let me check in a bit earlier. Very courteous.
Very loud guests for late night and early morning hours and loud youth in property parking lot 4 to 5 am morning, littering guest parking lot. Called front desk twice, finally called police. Not conducive to a good nights rest.
Everything looked brand new and in excellent and very clean condition. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly If you are on Pomona area stay at this hotel, you will not be disappointed

Close to the Fairplex which was necessary to our trip.
Initial check-in was great and the room was clean and ready for us. Unfortunately, there was no hot water. When I let the front desk know, the clerk non-apologetically informed my that “I have a guy working on it.” I found out from another guest that this was the second day that the hot water was not working, which means the front desk clerks the night before must have known, but did not inform me.
Area around hotel very, very sketchy. Crime signs posted. Was not comfortable leaving car in parking lot - at all.
No problems. Room clean. Beds comfortable. It's in a rough neighbourhood, but just about all of Pomona is rough.
the hotel staff was great. the only thing I had problems with was that I lost phone reception in most parts of the room. there are no eateries near by, you have to travel.
Close to fast foods, pharmacis and other shops. few miles to Fairplex. Safe location. Parking lot equipped with security cameras.
