With up to 4 people you can enjoy your vacation in this new, exceptional and modern chalet. You will be thrilled by the living, dining and kitchen area, which is open to the gable / roof. The large window front connects your house with the surrounding nature and the approx. 8 km wide view of the Moselle vineyards, which are directly in front of your house.

By opening the oversized sliding doors you connect the living room or the dining area directly to the large terrace. They let the wonderful Moselle landscape into their house. The west-facing window front offers you incomparable afternoon and evening sun and fantastic sunsets right before your eyes over the gentle hills of the Moselle vineyards.

Spend quiet evenings on the large terrace with a good glass of wine and a view of the Moselle. Or you can simply sit on the wooden grandstand with a soft and warm seat cushion, candles and an award-winning white wine.

Our holiday home has been planned and built to the highest standards. A high-quality wooden construction was chosen as the construction, which ensures a healthy, warm and pleasant indoor climate. Sustainability is important to us, which is why the houses comply with the latest thermal insulation regulations and we have placed great emphasis on natural materials during construction. Of course, you don't have to do without the pleasant warmth of the underfloor heating.

You can park your car safely in your own garage, and there is also enough space here to safely park your bicycles. We have provided charging options for e-bikes so that you can explore the beautiful Moselle by bike when fully charged.

There are several holiday homes on the Moselle. Our chalet "Mosel" is something special that you won't find in the area. It was important to us to create a design experience that harmonized and harmonized with the wonderful Moselle landscape.

If you sit in one of the high-quality design classic armchairs and look through the oversized window front, the Moselle landscape with the stunning view over the vineyards is like a painting. Enjoy it!

Regardless of whether for 2 or 4 people - the chalet "Mosel" (right house) has a special feature compared to its two neighbors. An oversized panoramic window, facing the Moselle.
A wonderful place to read or to chat after dinner. They sit on comfortable pillows and hover over things. No wish will remain unfulfilled here.

In the opening season from May 25, 2019, the prices for our Chalet Mosel are greatly reduced. So book now and secure your vacation before the prices are raised to the planned level in 2020.

Only 9 km away from the turbulent tourist magnet Cochem, you can enjoy living in our chalet on the outskirts of the village right next to the vineyards. If you want it to be turbulent, just get on the train that runs below the holiday homes in the Moselle valley. (Don't worry - our windows and the entire houses are at the highest possible level of noise insulation and in recent years the railway line on the Moselle has been modernized with so-called "whisper rails"). The way to the train station is only 200 m. In no time you are in Cochem and can reach any other Moselle location - without a car, which you can leave parked in your own garage. You can of course also take your bikes on the train.

Pomerania is the perfect point for many activities. Perfectly located on the Middle Mosel, you sit in the corporate center, so to speak. No matter whether you want to hike the now very famous Moselsteig Trail, whether you want to go to the castle in Cochem or even a whole castle tour, the Bundesbank bunker, the mustard mill or just wonderful bike tours. Here you will find more than you can do on your vacation. The legendary Nürburgring or the historic city of Trier are only a few kilometers away

Although our beloved wine village has only about 450 inhabitants, it offers a dreamlike setting for your vacation with the picturesque half-timbered houses, the beautiful Pommerbach valley and the many wineries.

In addition to some award-winning winegrowers in the village, where you could spend a whole week tasting wine, Pomerania has its own bakery for the morning rolls and one or the other restaurant. Particularly noteworthy here is the Onkel Otto inn, which is known about the region with owner and chef Sascha Birkenbei and Ms. Anett. If you are interested in the finest spirits, then the Vallendar distillery is the right place for you. Hubertus Vallendar has won several world champion titles for his brandies in recent years. The hazelnut schnapps is particularly recommended.
