How would have liked for the hot tub to be working
Upon arrival our room was not available. Reserved a king size bed room and then was offered a double bed room at twice the price i originally paid for the king... reason being the area had power outages and locals in need of utilities drove up the price. So they were price gouging their community as well. Immoral, unscrupulous management, support other local businesses...
Staff was fine. Property is just old and breaking down. Smell moldy
Bar/restaurant on premises. Gym,pool.
The property could have given full disclosure on their website that the pool has been closed , no breakfast which was suppose to be included, and that the restaurant had very limited hours of operation....

The front desk was not vert welcoming and the room had a musky odor as well as the hallways. Very dim lighting throughout the hotel.
When I look for a property I always want a Hot Tub, pools are to cold for me typically! I was impressed with pool area atmosphere. Property is older, but seems to be well kept. Staff was very friendly...free continental breakfast was nice too! Wwe were passing through on our way to NYC, short visit for us! Seems like a great place for parties & events!
Pool and hot tub was cold when I approach the staff about it they said that's how the owner wants it and he won't change his mine it is a shame because it is a nice place but my daughter and I went there just to relax for the pool and hot tub and was very disappointed
Hot tub was broke. They charge extra for night. Breakfast is not included and our room was full of ants!
I arrived late & stayed only one day, but it was great.
Quiet hotel; we were there over Christmas and the staff was friendly. The design of the pool area (some rooms overlooking an atrium) was a nice feature. Only complaint is that we wished there were a few vegetarian/vegan items on the menu.
The rooms are kept clean but The hotel rooms are outdated. It still looks like the 80’s. The heater only blew Luke warm air even though it was 24 outside and the heater was set to 80. It was clean and cheap.
