Hotel is not properly maintained mold all over the place. When checking in was given a hotel key to a room that was already occupied. Please check photos below

Beds were worn out and bath had no none exhaust fan

For being service oriented we give them all an A+. We really liked the billiard table & ping pong table in the same room with the swimming pool. The breakfast room was very nice. Good choices of food and filling as well. Thank you for your great service.

Great food in the resturant, pool and work out area was great. Game room and lobby was great.

Pet charge is $25.00per day per dog. We had 2 small dogs and was charge an extra 50.00 dollars a day. So we an extra 150.00 we had to pay.

The Location Was Great But The Rrom Was In Need Of Serious Repairs And A Deep Clean. The Pool Area Was Seriously Outdated And Smelled Really Bad. The Breakfast Was Definitely Nothing To Write Home About. Overall I Probably Wouldnt Stay There Again.

The Location Of This Hotel Was Perfect, The Check In Was Very Fast And Polite. The Room Was Fairly Average For What It Had In It, The Bed Was Amazingly Comfy, Slept Like A Rock But The Room Temps Were Awful. If The Air Wasnt On It Was Immediately So Stuffy But When The Air Was On It Was Way Too Cold. The Condition Of The Room Was In Need Of Repairs, The Ceilings Were Chipped AndComing Down Amd Very Cheaply Ateempted To Be Fixed. The Shower Was Hot, Cold, Hot, Cold The Whole Time Too. The Pool Area Was Smelly And Not Very Well Ventilated And The Water Was Like It Was Very Old And Yucky. Not Sure If I Would Go Back There Again. The Full Breakfast Was Definitely Not A Full Breakfast For Healthy Eaters. Not An Ounce Of Protein On The menu

I thought I was only going to be here for sleeping and showering but even that was intolerable. There were three distinct odors in this hotel, none of which were good. The shower was a terrible experience. The water went from scalding to freezing several times during a ten minute shower.

Went for our annual family Memorial Day boat trip - this year we "splurged" for a hotel instead of camping. We will be sure to pay the extra money next year to stay at either Holiday Inn or the Hampton down the street. Our reservation stated a non-smoking double room with microwave and fridge. When we checked in, we were given a room on the second floor, and told they did not have an elevator. I asked if we could have a room on the first floor because my husband is a recovering cancer patient who was currently experiencing gout symptoms in his feet. I was told there were only rooms on the second floor. My family lugged our bags and cooler of perishable foods to put in the fridge up the stairs to our room. However, there was no microwave or fridge. I went down stairs and complained, and listened while the two employees complained about having to move us. They tried to move us to a smoking room, which I refused. Eventually, they found a reservation for a room on the first floor for someone who hadn't checked in yet. So, my family lugged our bags back down the narrow stairs with heavy fire doors to our new room on the first floor. Other interesting facts about this hotel: when you first arrive, you will notice the bathroom smells like a urinal. I sprinkled a little bit of baby powder behind the toilet which curbed the scent a little. Then, when you take a shower, you can choose ice cold water with sporadic moments of scolding hot water which made my 3-year old daughter scream the entire time. Don't worry though, you can dry off with towels that feel like sandpaper and smell as if they are washed in filthy mildewed water. Ironically, there is a sign in the bathroom asking guests not to stain or steal the towels... Try watching television, complete with HBO - as long as the channel you want to watch isn't one of the many fuzzy ones that you can't see the picture. Don't worry, you can always lie on the bed and stare at the spots of mold in the corner of the room because they did not put a fan in the bathroom for proper ventilation. We decided to take our excited children to the pool they saw pictures of online to swim. However, the water was so cloudy and almost green that I would not allow them to swim. The lights on the sides of the pool were barely visible. Try explaining to children the risk of infection from filthy pool water and why they were not permitted to swim. Going out? Most likely you will be LOCKED OUT of your room! After a day of boating on day 2 of 3 we were staying at the hotel, we were locked out of our hotel room. By the time I made it to the front desk and back my kids were crying because they were upset. The desk clerk told me it was most likely the door that had broken - but the keys just happened to work after she reactivated them. Continental breakfast? They could of had one, but I took my family out every morning because I was not going to chance a filthy hotel serving my children food when they had not done a single thing correct the entire time we stayed there (and not to mention it is attached to a restaurant that is no longer in business). My family travels quite a bit. We always stay in a well-known hotel chain and always check out the locations online prior to our arrival. The pictures are deceiving and this is a horrible place to stay. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. We took a chance at saving a few bucks and even after I asked the staff for a refund so we could go to another hotel, they refused. I didn't even see the head manager until the day we checked out. RAMADA SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR PUTTING THEIR NAME ON THIS DISPICABLE BUILDING.

Ramada Inn Angola, In. Everything was as well as I expected it to be. Nothing to complain about.
