Arrived and was placed on 3rd floor with several wedding parties. Popular venue for weddings as there were 3 on while we were there. Room was clean, basic. Overwhelming smell of mildew & air freshener. Our door stopped working, waiting 15 mins for staff to locate a maintenance key to get us in.

Stayed here for two nights. Good size room had pergo style floors, was very clean, nice large clean bathroom. Had refrigerator. Hotel has restaurant that was reasonably priced. We did breakfast once. For a nice, clean hotel room that we only slept in, it was well priced. I would stay here again. Only 25-30 minutes to Six Flags.

The person when we Checked in was not nice. She gave me attitude about every little request I made

Average hotel located next to convenient highways, good for sleeping although not much to do at hotel

We stayed in the suite area, I think we would've been better off staying in the actual hotel building. Our room was dirty, the pull out bed awful, the guests were up making an insane amount of noise at late and early hours. Our room smelled, the kitchen sink was clogged and filled with water and gross. When you call up front for something, expect to wait at least hour to get it.

we stayed here for a family wedding and the hotel fit our needs. a clean place to stay with comfortable beds

It is a nice hotel and we had a good stay. However, they wanted $17 for a buffet breakfast. We drove 1/2 mile north to a good little diner and had a great breakfast for 1/2 that amount. Overall I'd rate it a 4 if I could get the rating part of this review to work.

Disappointed in the room. No character and the view was a parking lot.

Loved the separate room with two queen beds where the youngest could go to sleep while the parents (us) and the oldest could watch TV. Nice outdoor pool/hot tub for pre-bed cocktails and a swim to knock the kids out. Do not get the $14.95 breakfast buffet, $8.95 for kids. While the manager was nice and only charged us for two adult meals, totally NOT worth it. Otherwise, clean, nice, close enough to Six Flags (maybe 16 miles) and totally worth it!

My stay at Ramada Toms River was quite pleasant. I only stayed one night since I needed to attend a wedding in the local area. I came back to the hotel in the early AM and the staff person behind the counter was nice enough to get me extra creamer and coffee that early, which was extremely appreciated. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was perfect. Front desk staff, thought they were all drunk. It was ridiculous

I love that my suite has everything I need for my stay with my family!

i was in town for a wedding and the hotel met all of my expectations.

Great value, perfect location! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very fine hotel, and good service, the rooms are clean

Great experience great location to explore new jersey

My stay was a good one just make sure the front desk does not charge you twice for the stay. I was charged by Orbtiz and then charge the next day by the hotel. Still working on getting my refund.

I was looking for a place neat seaside heights for my girlfriend and i to stay over fourth of July weekend. we got a sweet with king size are for one night. When we walked in the room the air conditioner was off and it was 80 degrees. we reported this to the front desk and they vane up and put it on. Also, the room smelled like some when we walked in although it is a non smoking room. once the a/c came the smoke smell dissipated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the poodles decent. Overall an ok place to stay.

Stayed for work. Pluses: a 3* hotel that is close to the Jersey beaches; clean and really put-together bathroom (sealed grout, everything working; quick hot water); great king bed with lots of good pillows; up to date TV; except for a small throw rug, floors were laminate (nice NOT to walk on rugs that have seen years of other people); close to inexpensive eating and supermarket, not far to higher end eating; non-smoking interior!! OK: side exit often not closed; T-shirted worker(?) taking smoke breaks at entrance; front desk hidden; rolling desk chair seen better days (tipsy) Overall - would definitely stay here again for business

The room was spacious. The shower was powerful. There was easy wifi.

We are so sorry that you had a negative experience at check-in. We have completed a coaching session with our front desk staff about the importance of friendliness and professionalism at all times. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future, and wish you happy travels.
