The floor was dirty and sticky with residue and bits of dirt everywhere. when we walked anywhere barefoot our feet would be filthy and sticky with stuff stuck on the bottoms. gross!!! i was so afraid i would get foot fungus!!! I noticed they used swiffers that had brown dirty cloths on the bottom. They really need to use clean mops with detergent. We were pleased on arrival to see a nice looking pool, but then we were told the wrong room number and a big guy answered the door I was trying to put the key in, and I explained I was told that room number and he was angry. SHEETS- dirty - totally wrinkled - could not have been changed fresh for us. looked like makeup, but there were also yellow spots. and a few dark fuzzballs. ewww. BEDSPREAD - dark ugly muddy greyish colors to hide the stains i guess. everyone knows hotels never change the bedspreads but i've never seen any uglier. nor the curtains - mustard color. TOILET- had to be flushed multiple times to go down. CENTIPEDES- seen in bathroom -no counter or table to put any of your things...was so afraid bugs would crawl into my makeup bag. BEDS - Creaked so loud -thought they would break MILDEW smell - in small stall shower. no tub. We had 4 people. my and 3 kids - they only gave us 3 tiny worn bath towels. we used our beach towels as much as possible. WIFI - They had a tiny strip of paper like a chinese fortune w/userid /password. But nothing found in wifi list - So, no WIFI!
