Enjoy entire 2ND FLOOR UNIT of this duplex, approx. 180 ft from beach. This FULLY renovated property has updated kitchen, big living room, 3 cozy bedrooms with full beds & bathroom with shower stall. Four beach passes & PRIVATE PARKING SPOT included. Linens & towels PROVIDED. Sit on front deck, or take a short walk to boardwalk, games, restaurants & aquarium. Train station is 1 mi. away. Smart lock access, WIFI, TV, beach toys & wagon, BBQ, washer/dryer & AC also included. Three beach bikes on property!

*Guests required to have positive reviews to book, be minimum 25 yrs old, be a part of the group staying on property and provide ID. NO PETS

*All guests will need to disclose names and addresses to host, which will be submitted to town prior to their stay, as required by local ordinance. There is an Over Occupancy Penalty of $500 per person/per night for every undeclared guest that violates the fire code maximum. Guests exceeding occupancy must leave the property immediately.

Amazing stay!

We had the best week at this beautiful property! It seemed like it was brand new and totally spotless. Also, fully stocked! It was a perfect location and so close to walk to the beach and great restaurants! So nice to have a parking spot! The kids loved the boardwalk that was a short walk but not too close that we heard any noise. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation at the beach and can’t wait to come back again next year!

Five stars. The property was clean and had a lot of features! My wife and I took our young daughter - there was a baby gate and the outlets had safety plugs already in them. Even though we brought our own, the host had some basic necessities available (shampoo, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, etc). The locker with beach chairs and a wagon was also a fantastic feature because we didn't have to bring our own. The location is great because it is such a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and many restaurants. Thank you for having us!!

Great place

We loved this house. It was extremely clean, and the location was great - just a short walk to the beach along a private alley. Robin is really on point with the information and communication. She seems like a pro who has been doing this a long time, and anticipated many issues and questions. Overall a very good experience.

The Best Everything - Location, Host, House

We absolutely loved this property and the host. The house had everything we needed and was super clean. The unit was the perfect size for us. The location was great - easy access to the beach (just a few houses back down a private walkway) and an easy walk to the boardwalk. It had everything we needed, including beach chairs, wagon, etc. The host communicated well and sent useful texts about when to take the trash out, reminders, etc. Hope to stay here again!

Fun seaside escape!

Great clean property. My only complaint is that there were no air conditioning vents in the bedrooms so it could get hot at night. Robin was a very attentive host.

Great Property!

This property is in excellent condition! And it matches the description perfectly. Loved being able to walk a few feet to the beach and boardwalk. It’s in a great location! Robin had so many small touches that makes you feel very welcomed! She was so helpful and great to work with it! . Would rent again!

Beautiful and Up to Date Amenities! Peaceful and Relaxing!

Loved our stay and this beach home! We enjoyed the newly renovated 2nd floor (soft, coral decor) which had 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, small dining room w/kitchen, laundry facilities, and own entrance. A deck is in the front of the house to sit, relax and people watch. The hostess was quick to communicate with us! The best part- beach/boardwalk was extremly close- just a 1 minute walk! I couldn't believe how it was "right there" . Dine-in and carry out restaurants were also very close- about a 5 minute walk. And there weren't too many restaurants close by to cause overcrowding. Another bonus-my husband and I enjoyed walking down the boardwalk in the morning. Such a peaceful place! I would love to come again.
