5. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE IS $25/hr IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST, 6. SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUESTED 5-7 DAYS BEFORE STAY (OR UPON BOOKING IF LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO BOOKING) RESERVATION IS NOT COMPLETED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED. DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE IF ALL RULES ARE FOLLOWED AND NO DAMAGES TO PROPERTY.,
7. NO TAMPERING WITH SECURITY/MONITORING DEVICES ($50 fee if team member needs to come out to readjust equipment),
