Was pleasantly surprised by the coziness of this hotel, considering it’s a casino (which sometimes casino hotels can be seedy). I was upgraded to a 6th floor room with view of golf course. Dined both days at Guy Fieri’s restaurant where we had the best waitress named Kira. She was so cool, we had to call the manager over to tell her what a fab job she was doing. Kudos to her. Overall, had a great one-day getaway, and will definitely be back soon.

For those of you old enough to remember the old Lodge, you are in for a pleasant surprise ! The new hotel was much better than my expectations. Very clean, large upscale suite at reasonable price, amazing pool and spa. Large Casino for those who like to gamble. I would be happy to recommend. Plus for kids, close to Kalahari Waterpark .

Not kid friendly. Management not helpful. Had underage kids in room next to us. Kept me and family up all night. Night manager Sandy would not let us check out the following day. Said would have to charge us because we "confirmed " our reservation. more concerned with $ than customer satisfaction/retention. Will stay down the road next time. Plenty of better options.

We were expecting more of a 4 star Diamond resort as was advertised, calling it a resort is a fancy way up saying upscale hotel / casino, not a resort. We arrived and the room given for a good price a night was next to the elevator on the 2nd floor with a fantastic view of the HVAC system. Exactly what I was thinking when i chose to stay here vs. other hotels in the area. After calling down to the front desk upon entering the room withe our bags, I was told we will call you back in a minute we have guests. 10 minutes later no call back, so I go down to the lobby. After another 10 minutes I was told the hotel is very booked but we did you favor and got you a room down the hall. No view or anything nice like we were hoping, but at least was not going to be noisy next to the elevator. Walls are thin, and neighbors were a bit loud, but wasn't late at night so left alone. Hallways smelled like cigarettes and shower could have used a good cleaning, 2nd shower head wouldn't turn on either. That's all for negative, positive the bell men were extremely nice and helpful, we had left a jacket in the other room, they came to our new room to bring it. Food options in the casino were okay, only restaurant that had a line or seemed busy at all was the buffet. We ate at Guy's burger restaurant in the casino, which was good, huge portions, definitely split worthy as the rooms don't have room in the mini-fridges for left overs. Valet system worked great also

Hotel staff was not good. The people in adjacent room banged our door and the common wall at 3 am and 7:30.in the morning. We called help desk and informed them. The security guard started questioning us rather than finding out who it was.

Thank you for a wonderful weekend I enjoy my stay take a lot of pictures and food was great I will come back

Stay was for hiking. About a half hour from the point of state trails we wanted to go on. Could have used a mini fridge for food taken with to go boxes from restaurants. They offer boxes but no room in fridge store as they are used for bottle service if used.

The Hotel is gorgeous with excellent service. The staff is very cordial and helpful. They changed our room upon request because the earlier room that we were allocated did not have a good view. I will certainly recommend this hotel. Valet parking service was free and fairly quick.

I stayed for 2 nights in Sept. 2016. The pool and exercise room were really nice. The hotel has a casino if you're into that as well as a golf course nearby. The room itself was decent but not worth the above average price per night for a king size bed. They called it a deluxe room which had nothing deluxe about it. Not even a small fridge like you get at other less expensive hotels.

Had to be escorted every time we went near the casino floor with our 2 boys. The security guards who escorted us were miserable and acted like we were inconveniecing them to do the escort. There's NOTHING for kids to do there with the exception of the pool. (Which is beautiful) Will NOT be staying here again and they can thank the security guards for that.

It's beautiful, and very clean rooms, in March was good weather, driving distance from home so we like it.

Hotel room is clean, modern, and bed is comfortable, good buffet and everyone was very nice.

Took a very long time to get to the hotel because of extensive road work on the way, Nice hotel but very remote.

We had had an awful week--we had a great trip to Italy prepared and it fell through so we couldn't just sit at home--we went to Mt. Airy, had the BEST time and my boyfriend proposed to me there. It was awesome! We loved it and will definitely be back. :)

Room was modern and clean however music played way into the night (past midnight) and the king suite which goes for over $300 didn't even come with a complimentary bottle of water, if you wanted a drink of water you needed to spend $7, also no fridge in room

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, safe and fun place to stay. Thanks for the positive experience.

Had a great time! Played roulette, ate at the buffet (not good) and at Bistecca (pretty good). The guestroom was nicely equipped. The bathroom had an awesome setup. Outside of Mr. Airy, we went to the near by shooting range (1st timer and it was awesome) and to the famous outlet mall (it was okay).

ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE, POOL WAS GREAT, STAFF WAS BELOW PAR. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT BUT IT WAS NOT ALL THAT

We came to this hotel for a weekend skiing trip. The hotel was great! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool was gorgeous! We tried the steakhouse for dinner it was pricey, but delicious. We also tried Guy Fieri's restaurant for breakfast, which we weren't too crazy about (the service was not too good). There is also something to do in the resort (casino, bars, pool, etc.) We got a relaxing massage at the spa.. definitely worth it! We are definitely returning to Mount Airy!

Great hotel, staff and food. Close to shopping (outlet malls) and little mom and pop shops.
