Excellent place to relax ,,, 2 bars in Facility one by pool , one inside very nice Would go back

I arrived late with an infant, at check in the lady complained about having to manually found me about how she just started her shift for the night and kept rolling her eyes. told me since i booked on expedia or orbitz or whatever its not easy to find in the system, once checked in i asked if there was anything open to eat and there was nothing open. i later walked my son to arcade put 14 in to make four quarters the machine ate my money i went to front desk and the safe women told me i would have to come back the next morning to receive my money back. basically the facility is not kept up to date and the service was horrible. I think after check in i regretted the rest of the stay and couldn't wait to leave

We arrive early on a Saturday, and allowed to check-in early . The room was clean and well decorated. The pool was clean. The bar areas was great also dining .

The Inn and outer buildings were wonderfully quaint with historic information provided. Three restaurants; wonderful pizza and library. Best bed I've ever slept in!

We wanted a nice and pet-friendly hotel for a getaway weekend to the Poconos. This hotel was super welcoming and friendly to us and our dog. The hotel was convenient to Camelback Resorts where we went tubing, the Tannersville outlets, and Mt. Airy Casino. The hotel even provides a free shuttle to the casino which was cool. We also liked that there was a pizzeria and ice cream shop right in the hotel!

It's was so Cold, outdoor activities were tough but the hotel offered so many ways to enjoy the weekend. The Heated into Pool was our favorite along with Billiards, Ping Pong, Fooseball and arcade. We were also able to enjoy a Spa Treatment at Laurel Spa located in the Hotel.

This was our second time staying at the Inn. We liked it so much the first time that we decided to spend Thanksgiving there. Our stay started off pleasant enough and then "they" arrived!!! A group of, either unsupervised or under supervised, girls between 10 and 16 years old. We were alerted to their arrival by loud screeching and then the slamming of EVERY door for n the floor at least 10 times! Then I made the mistake of thinking that I would be able to ask them to be reasonable, BIG mistake!!!!! I got a face full frontal m the self appointed leader, who told me to "get over myself" and summarily dismissed me. After that it just got worse! "They" screamed and yelled right outside our door and knock on the door and ran away. Now, had I been at home and this happened, I would have called the police, but being in a establishment where I paid for a room and Thanksgiving Dinner, I called the front desk and got NOTHING!!!! I would have expected a better response than that the second, third and fourth time I called and again got nothing. Thankfully, "They" finally relented after 1:00 a.m. and allowed us to go to sleep, but as luck would have it, "They" were up at 6:30a.m., I can only hope that it was because of breakfast and not to continue to terrorize my family and I, but continue the torment is exactly what they did! Thanksgiving day was more of the same! Again someone knocked on our door, but this time when you answered, there was an adult who said she knocked by mistake.

I don't have anything negative to say. The staff, food, room, etc were perfect! It was also a very quiet place to stay!

Kid friendly, good breakfast selection, well equipped gym:)

Pocono Manor in Spring is a good buy; accommodations great. Dinner on site, movies after dinner, spa, fantastic scenery.

What a helpful staff, we went during a very non busy weekend. Loved their horseback riding and had a Dirty Dancing Kellerman's Resort. Definitely will be back :)

The hotel was very nice, clean and spacious. We were there for our granddaughters IGC camp and while they were at the gym we got to discover the surrounding area and were glad to find out there was a lot to do. We would go back again!

The staff was very friendly. The place was very clean, and cozy. When we got there we instantly got a room upgrade with no charge and the bed was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it. I liked the fact that they provide shuttle services to the casino. I also liked the firepit at night

My boyfriend and I came here for a quick getaway. We were first given a room with 2 double beds and we booked a king. We were given the king room without an issue. I would not reccomend the double room, it was a closet, the caroets were gross and the ceiling has stains all over it. King suite was nice. One thing about this place is that it is dated. When you walk in it smells like a nursing home. We were the you guests. For us this wasnt an issue though. We decided to eat and stay and the bar on Sat night. The food was decent, nothing to talk about really. The bar got very busy and there was one bartender. She was trying but was in the weeds and when she asked for help I overheard what looked like her manager giving her an attitude about it. We ordered some apps and I recieved th wrong food. We had waited quite a while for it. The correct food was promptly broughy out. The place is huge... Its slightly eerie.... But we liked it. My bigdest issue was that in the morning when we went to the breakfast buffet we were rudely greeted by a hostess who stated a table for two would be quite a wait and they were closing in 30 minutes. There were plenty of open tables and when I stated that she said fine and sat us..... The food was so so... Not worth the price...while we were sitting at our table we overheard the same hostess and another women continuing to be nasty to people coming in to eat. Overall it was an alright place. We were really there to soend time together and we did. Would probably not stay there again in the future.

I had a beautiful time at the Inn this past Labor Day weekend with my boyfriend. We stayed for 2 days, 1 night and it felt like a MUCH longer trip! There's soooo much to do (at the resort & in the area), it's a nice & clean place to stay & the staff are so kind & helpful. For starters, we were upgraded for free to a beautiful King size corner room (268) with an amazing view of the mountains. We watched the sun rise for a bit and were completely in awe. The indoor & outdoor pool were both large and clean and we went to both! So much fun. The pool bar drinks were great too. We visited both hiking trails (and got lost on one which was hilarious). The signs need to be updated a bit. We checked out archery, the golf areas, the horse stables, and ate off the manor most times. Except when we had lunch at the pub ( wings & a club sandwich) which we both enjoyed! Breakfast & lunch are pricey so we had food elsewhere. Very relaxing, romantic, & we definitely plan to come again. We also went to a bowling alley nearby which was cheap and had a great Sunday night deal - I'll review that after. Overall I give it 4 stars.

Hotel didn't meet my expectations. Hotel needs update and location is terrible

We needed a place close to the ski slopes. This was a Thanksgiving weekend, therefore the hotel was overflowing with people. The staff were definitely stretched. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was great.

VERY COMFORTABLE, FRIENDLY STAFF AND GREAT NIGHTLIFE IN AREA

We had a lovely weekend at the Inn. The inn was charming, warm and cozy. Many fireplaces in public areas surrounded by comfy seating. Pub was decent, restaurant was very good. Nice offering of activities, close to other interests such as shopping and casino. Employees were very friendly and hospitable. Only bad part was that there was a very large group there one night and they were very noisy in the middle of the night. Other than that, no complaints at all.
