Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, including access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room, game rooms & banquet hall.
Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack, etc.) or maybe closed due to weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control.

Things to Know

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking fees. Fees must be paid to HOA at least 3 days prior to arrival. There is a $100 fine for registering less than 3 days prior to check in.

This information is needed to register with the HOA. You'll not have access to the community without being registered
NOTE: Memberships: (age 6+) $8.50 daily, $42.50 weekly (in-season, late May-early September), $2 daily (off-season); transaction fee $20 & $20 per vehicle.
NOTE: The hot tub is not for guest use.
NOTE: There is a bedroom on 1st floor that is locked off and being used a storage closet. Guests do not have access to this room.

Security camera details: There are cameras at the front of the house, on the back deck facing the backyard and one facing the side of the home.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
