Travelodge Pocatello

The one thing that Pocatello had going for it was its partial solar eclipse. Now that the eclipse over, this entire town, and especially Travelodge, become a "no fly zone" for all hotel and motel seekers. Bypass this disgusting, dirty, backward dump at all costs. Instead, opt for Idaho Falls to the north or Ogden to the south.

It's exactly what I expected for the price. Clean enough, breakfast was lacking though.

Hotel badly needs updated. Other then that they have a great location and close to everything.

The room was non-smoking but still smelled of smoke and the Hotel Staff said they could move us and then attempted to move us to a smoking room that smelled even worse. There were chewed up sunflower seeds all over the floor. The pool was closed when we checked in at 8:00 and the Hot Tub was open but looked like it had something growing in it. I have NEVER been in such a nasty hotel. To top it off, they offered us a $10.00 credit that they never applied.

Pretty average for "Ramada Inn". Apparently they lease the name. I could have paid slightly less and got the same results. No Microwave or Fridge.

This property is dilapidated and poorly maintained. The external entry to the hotel, which was supposed to be secure, would not close, thus invalidating the need to provide a hotel cardkey for entry. There was wadded up toilet paper and garbage throughout the hallway leading to our room. The room smelled of cigarettes and mold. The water in the sink and shower burned our eyes. The television, which was an old tube-style/not a flat screen, had fewer than a dozen channels. There was no alarm clock in our room. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

This motel reminds me of a ghost town. Very spacious and roomy but it has seen better days. Check-in was quick and friendly but that was the end of the hospitality. I punctured the bottom of my feet several times on the exposed tack strip that once held the aging carpet to the floor. the bed looked and felt like a taco shell. It had very little padding over noisy, bouncy springs. Skip breakfast. The two-day old donuts were the most appetizing thing there.

This hotel should be taken off all travel sites! Amenities listed were misleading if not deceptive. The restaurant is closed and stale donuts and instant...yes instant coffee is NOT a continental breakfast. The outdoor pool is in disrepair and had garbage floating in it. We discovered this AFTER getting the kids dressed to swim and walking them down past sketchy people hanging out in the halls, propped open room doors and a security door that did not lock! Apparently this hotel has long-term residents that congregate in the halls and rooms drinking and smoking. Our room was so unclean I had a hard time sleeping. No one used the shower as we felt cleaner staying out of the bathroom. While it was the cheapest hotel available, one still expects a certain amount of cleanliness for $70 a night and seeing it on Orbitz gave me a level of confidence I will be sure not to rely on again!

I booked my room thru orbitz when I arrived at late night they didn't had the clean room, I have to search for better hotels at 2 am

Our TV did not work. The beds were flimsy and uncomfortable. The amount of dust and dirt behind the dresser was disgusting. The only good thing was the waffles.

under beds were dirty the tub looked old and second night they didn't clean room or made bed or give us clean towels. The breakfast we didn't get the first day because of something happened. the second breakfast just cereal old donuts waffle was good and juice.

This is a great place for the budget minded traveler. Close to shopping and convenient.

The hotel is not to bad when you are looking for a little cheaper. With that said. We had a good time anyway. The room good, the lobby good. The gym sucked run outside. The pool was cloudy, hot tub over chemed. Shout out to the front desk very helpful. And if you need something fun to do ask for Corey he send to mink creek very pretty. Thanks Corey

It didn't has a restaurant. The room was ok but needs remodeling. Basically the room was clean but next to the baseboard and in the corners. The staff was very pleasant.

Rooms were average. Front desk ladies are a joke and rude! They really should find another job because I won't be back because of them. Location Is Convenient But That Doesn't Make Up For The Poor service You'll Receive.

Location was good location lots of shopping around. However the hotel itself wasn't pleasent. I had to ask house keeping to clean my room after I had already ran out of towels and the trash was pulling up. The television picture was horrible. All the channels was snowy. The Internet was very slow. Had better service for the same price at others.

The hotel, had no restaurant or breakfast buffet. My room was run down, and the bathroom needed to be remodeled. My carpet was so dirty that my feet were brown from walking barefoot, and had dirty feet when stepping into the shower Will not stay there again, no matter how reasonable the rate was.

A nice convenient hotel very nice rooms roomy with lotsof aamenities include refrigerator and ironing board

Smelly non-smoking room, filthy throughout with visible repairs needed, multiple hairs in the shower and beds that had sides four inches higher than the middle. Avoided free breakfast as we couldn't wait to get out! Yuck!

We booked this particular hotel specifically because it has a pool. The pool was not available. Because of the pictures, it looked like they also had an indoor pool. this is misleading because the picture that looks like an indoor pool is an indoor warm tub. NOT hot tub. it was luke warm less than bath water. The staff were polite and friendly.
