This property needs an update, but the staff is awesome, friendly and aim to please. They are very welcoming and accommodating. We would stay here again.

We were surprised at how nice the lobby was for the price we paid. Very much value and a great looking, welcoming environment. The room was clean and accessible.

Room was a bit run down, but clean, so that was good. The breakfast sausage was horrible tasting. Otherwise breakfast had a decent selection.

Quiet location.

Very quiet and enjoyed the pool.

Liked convenient location, easy to find, good access to a primary road. Quiet. Didn't like bathroom dirty: long hair stuck to shower walls, gloppy rings of shampoo/conditioner/soap build up on shower shelf, loose label/sticker from some product left on shower shelf. I rinsed down the shower walls and shelves. If it wasn't so late when I arrived and if I hadn't unpacked a bunch before looking in the bathroom, I would have asked for a different room, one that had been cleaned and sanitized properly. After seeing the bathroom condition, I noticed the room carpet didn't appear to have been vacuumed. I had sanitizing wipes, wiped down all touch surfaces myself. didn't like broken shower hose holder..this was a handicap accessible shower..the part that holds the adjustable positioned for the showerhead was broken loose making the bracket useless. Laundry facility was ok, but room keycard didn't work to get into it, and I had to get someone from the desk everytime I needed to get in.

If you like a hotel that still is following the covid protocols this might be a good option. Wasnt impressed with the treatment with a mistake by the front desk in regards to the pool time that i signed up for. Never got to use the pool. The breakfast was ok, but never understood why they they cant have the full breakfast and use takeout boxes to take to room. It looks about exactly the same as i remember 7 years ago. It was ok for the price and service.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and the price was great. Probably the best value hotel that I have ever had.

I was really angry that you moved me from my original hotel. Then the lady that called to change my reservation barely spoke English and put me an hour away from my original hotel. Then I spent 3 hours 4 different phone calls and finallly but me at the dirty musky old bad smelling rooms. I should get my money back

Very dated. Room layout made no sense - no side tables next to very old couch, had to stand on electric line exiting left side of bed and shinny out sideways, doors too small to get into closet easily, desk very small and junky, shower sucked. Room rate varied by 25% even though hotel was near empty - front desk person said it was out of their hands.... breakfast was terrible - eggs were powder, all single serving butter containers in fridge were open and when I showed attendant was told it was ok,

Close to family and convenient to many things in the Detroit area.

Jamie at the front desk was so helpful. Cleaning staff were most helpful also. My only issue was regarding concern about small bites - fleas?

Man I spoke with about being overcharged for a night I did not stay, was very rude. He over talked and interrupted me every time I tried to speak with him. I had to hang up because I was getting know where with this person. I will not be returning to this hotel as I have stayed twice in the past. I have recommended many others to stay there in the past and will no longer.

I used to live in the area and felt this was a convenient place to stay and close to the airport. I was surprised to see the restaurant adjacent to the hotel was closed and looking very drab. The area where the hotel is off the main road and in a very quiet area. If I were by myself I may have been a little worrisome in the parking lot. Other than that, the stay was great and the room was clean.

We thought it was a quiet and comfortable hote to stay in
