Fiber Internet. By external access in an annex: a laundry/storage room with LL and SL. Entire plot of land of 590 m² with large wooden terrace of 34 m² facing south, enclosed garden, parking space in courtyard and ... relaxation area: SPA, outdoor shower and sun loungers installed on their own 9 m² wooden terrace! There are places that we would never want to leave. It will have that effect on you at Ty Joseph, such a cocooning, super comfortable gîte where nothing is missing. Absolute relaxation with the SPA area in the garden facing the terrace. Véronique and Didier have achieved a very beautiful renovation in this typical house of the region, the little Breton in all its splendor. Going down the Keralies road for 1 km you will find yourself facing the bay of Keryvon/Landrellec and the ballet of the tides perpetually changing this natural setting. It is therefore in the heart of a privileged environment that you will stay: Pleumeur Bodou and its numerous leisure facilities as well as Ile Grande, Perros Guirec, the famous resort of the Pink Granite Coast including the Ploumanac'h district, Trégastel to the superb coastline with, among others, Renote Island. Total immersion in the flagship destination of the Côtes d'Armor!! A gem of a lodging! Outside as inside we no longer know where to look, and when, what's more, we know that the sea is 1km down the town road... so there...
