The bathroom is shared with a walk-in shower and a handheld bidet sprayer (Shattaf) for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking light meals, with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and basic utensils, but please note there is no oven or freezer (there is a Spar Grocery Store downstairs for the purchase of fresh food daily).

The apartment is fitted with one-way double-glazed sound proof mirror glass throughout for extra privacy and insulation. Enjoy a morning coffee or sundowner on the private balcony, furnished with a high table and bar stools — braaing is not permitted due to building regulations.

This is an upstairs apartment with an open private balcony and external staircase; children must be under parental supervision at all times when using the balcony area.

Additional comforts include TV with Netflix, books, a dedicated workspace, and a portable fan for warmer days. Basic toiletries and fresh linens are provided, along with a hairdryer, iron, and hangers for your convenience.
