I've made ten week long stays here for work in the last year and overall had good experiences. I appreciate the breakfasts, it's enough variety that I haven't gotten tired of it yet. The rooms are spacious. Housekeeping quality seemed to drop off in the winter but has improved this spring/summer. Occasional issues trying to use shuttle, suggest asking in person at front desk in advance. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance. I recommend co-workers stay here.
This hotel is conveniently located to the highways. It is near a gas station and car wash. Across the way is sort of a mini mall with a supermarket, restaurants, pubs, and antique stores. The rooms are clean but the elevator was out in the main building.
I stayed here for a week in June 2017 and the level of service I received was shameful. To get somebody to answer the phone at reception when you're in your room is a real challenge, one evening it took over 30 minutes and about five phone calls to get an answer, and the person who answered said "I've been here all along", which was clearly Untrue. Breakfast is best avoided but if you must then I suggest you stick to the basics, the eggs were a joke amongst our group, and the bacon no better Positive sides are big rooms and it's pretty clean although a little bit old. Marriot should consider major changes to this hotel or rebranding it as something else because it damages their brand every time A traveler stays here
I was in the hotel just for 4 days while I was in some meetings related with work. The location of the hotel is good as is near to an aérea where you have restaurants and places to buy food or other stuff. The rooms are quite old, the TV of the room is an old plasma ( almost impossible to do a zapping between channels). Breakfast area was poor, they don't offer as other hotels an area where they can prepare an omelette or different types of eggs. Service at the front desk was good.
This hotel is close to our head office as are a number of other chain hotels. I like this one as the rooms are apartment style with their own kitchens. I travel extensively and get fed up of eating Hotel food so the ability to cook my own food is a rare treat. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating which is also part of the reason I stay here. Keep up the good work and see you next time.
Have stayed here for many years and must say this is like second home. The place boast a full fledged kitchen and that makes it ideal for long stay. The concept of day room and bed room is excellent. The staff is good and helpful. Breakfast do tends to get a bit repetitive esp on long stays but it's good and sufficient. The shuttle to nearby offices is a boon as taxis are not easily available nearby. Overall a good place but one star missing cos no I house room dining. Thanks
This place was better than i expected . The rooms were very nice , its is walking distance to bars and eating places .very well located for local businesses and it was quiet . The rooms had been upgraded and because I was facing the back it was very quiet . They did a really nice free breakfast and also offered free snacks and drinks mid week at 6pm . i would look to stay here again instead of the the local Marriott
Had never stayed there before but as. Was Christmas week and family home near by had a water leak went there instead fur several days Had great room with good size kitchen and all utensils pans needed and room very clean heater worked well ( was 31 degrees at night so definitely needed ) Do have to ask housekeeping for fresh towels but other than that would def. stay there again Breakfast in the Am was very ample warm And have travel boxes Appreciated all the holiday flavored syrups For coffee too throughout the day I found all the staff very friendly and helpful too
This has to be the worst Marriott property and worst service hotel. Stayed here for a week plus as our home was being worked on. At check in, with half the hotel empty, instead of getting an upgrade to a bigger room, we got downgraded to a smaller room. Then the front desk couldn't link our five day reservations together. We needed to extend our stay for a few nights and each time the front desk was incapable of handling the upgrade and the reservation. Once you get to the rooms, you realize why it is half empty, the rooms are stale and old with the bathrooms and carpet still from the 80's, dirty and old. The final straw was when I got there 2 mins before 7 am to get a cup of coffee and a bowl of oatmeal before I left to work, the front desk rudely yelled across the hall to not take anything till 7 am, this is at 6:58. The folks here would fit in more at a DMV job than a service sector job. They have no idea what hospitality is or how to treat your guests. For us SPG memebers, if this is what most of the Marriott hotels are like, we might as well get rid of our points instead of using them with Marriott.
I am at a corporate trip in Residence Inn Marriot at San Ramon. There are several spurious transactions in my corporate card holding over 500-1000$ almost every day. The front desk has no clue on what these are for and they asked to talk to general manager Jeff - he is not at the hotel and they don't share his no when he is not there. You hardly find a smile in anyone's face and sometimes they give one word stern replies. Their useless system put the entire credit limit of 10,000$ on hold by holding 800$ every night. It was embarrassing when I had to ask my business partner to pay for dinner as I didn’t know about this mess 3 days back. No one could explain what the hell is happening here and I am strongly recommending my company to no longer list Residence Inn as a choice in travel portal.
