The rooms don't have fridge nor safe. Extremely thin walls with noise from inside the hotel and from highway. I switched my initial room from highway side to opposite and that was ok. While rooms are cleaned well, old thick carpet floor is suspicious. Gym and pool are a joke. Indoor pool was not clean with all sorts of things floating on surface. Friendly and helpful staff. Totally overrated for the price. Go for the Sheraton instead.

Only downfall was twice we had workers open our door with us in the room. Once to give us another TV remote we didn't request and the other time they thought we had a problem with our room. We never called for anyone both times. :(

Not bad. Breakfast at the restaurant was decent. Room was small but cozy. I'd say there again.

We reserved this hotel because my boyfriend was to play in a softball tournament in Hayward, but the night before it was cancelled due to rain. So we made the best of it and still stayed anyway (no refund with cancellation), it has an indoor pool and we swam for a good 3 hours. I loved it because nobody was there just us three. It was close to a shopping center and a bunch of fast food and dine in restaurants which was very convenient. Our room was rather small though and the bed was supposed to be a queen size but I honestly feel it was a full size, the front desk said they didn't have anything smaller than a queen. I would definitely stay there again despite the small room and bed.

This hotels is perfect for a fast trip through the bay area. Near 580/680 FW.there are restaurants and places to stroll at night . Lots of parking. refrigerators, clean, a decent toast and coffee breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff. Free wifi. If you are looking for quick and easy, this is the place

The staff was really sweet from the moment we arrived. we got there early and were able to check in with no problem.. The rooms are clean. This was a last minute getaway for the family the kids had s blast!! Indoor pool made it fun because they were able to swim till late. I got to do some shopping and My husband got a spa treatment massage which was great they even accommodated an earlier time for him to come in since he tends to be an early riser. Overall a fun quick getaway for the entire fam

Loved the usually good Holiday Inn features. And the location is near lots of shops and restaurants.

Even though our room faced either an on or off ramp to the freeway, and the room temperature a little difficult to adjust, these were not enough to lower a perfect rating. We called ahead to see if rooms were available and to check rates during a busy holiday weekend. I questioned the quoted price to the one on my app and was given the suggestion to book online to get the lower price. I thought that considerate. Upon arrival we received the same friendly, considerate treatment. There could be a long walk to the room, so if you have a problem walking I suggest you request a room more convenient to the lobby. Clean and attractive.

Staff very friendly and helpful, I was able to check in early on my day of arrival and check out late on my day of departure. The hotel restaurant bar had good food and we ate there every day of our stay. The pool is indoors, so it is great for late fall and winter. Complementary Coffee was readily available in the morning in by the elevators. Nothing reel special about the location, but it is easy to get on and off the 680/580 freeways as it is just off the freeway.

This hotel was perfect for a weekend soccer tournament. When we requested a roll away it was promptly delivered. Lots of options for dining close by. Easy access to freeway and lots of shopping. Rooms are small but very clean.

Perfect for our stay for a soccer tournament. Clean room, new decor, several restraunt options, pool and easy access to freeway and field. Shopping is right down the street. Room was small but we will definitely stay again because of the great price.

My experience with this hotel was good. Employees were friendly and professional. Room was clean, and smelled fresh. Only downside I can come up with is the parking. We found parking just had to drive around a bit. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The price was right, the staff is friendly, the location is good, close to the Bart if you're planning to stay here to go to the city or catch a baseball game. My only complaint is the noise. The walls are thin. We could hear loud talking in the hallway throughout the morning, most likely because we were right next to the elevator. There was also a lot of noise outside. The window was facing a bowling alley and we could hear the bowling alley staff mess with the dumpsters and talk... at one point yelling. If you are a light sleeper this could be a problem.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping - really no need to drive once you are in from a long day of work with another one to look forward to the next day. Very comfortable room - all the amenities you will need. Comfortable desk and chair for computer work. Little bit of freeway noise when all is quite but it was not loud enough to keep me awake. Beds are very comfortable. I will stay again if traveling for work in the area.

Not far from Oakland nor from wineries which are excellennt even though not in Napa.. Staff very accomodating. Layout of the hotel a little challenging

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do, but the room was tiny. It had a queen bed with barely enough room to walk around it. There was no frid or microwave and they didn't offer a free breakfast of any kind.

We got to the hotel centraly located. Of the Freeway the young man at the front desk was very nice is name was ZEKE. AND IT Nice that you have an indoor pool which I will use on my next stay the hotel was nice rhw beds comfortable :)

Enjoyed my stay. The sleep number bed was very comfortable. The unit, particularly the bathroom, was extremely clean. I did not have an opportunity to use any of the other amenities.

Our stay here was a great experience! We'll definitely stay here next time we're in town.

The housekeeping was not that great. There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom hidden behind the door. I stayed there for 3 days and left it there to see how long it would take them to find it. I bet you It's still there. The service for breakfast took forever both days. Not the waiters fault he was the only one serving customers for both the dining room and room service. I've stayed in a lot nicer places for a lot less money.
