Terrible. Booked three nights and because the room was so sup-par decided to stay with a friend the last night over staying here another night. No coffee maker, had a little kitchen but no utensils, no cups, no plates. The furniture was so old and made of particle board afraid it would break during my stay. Just really bad rooms, would stay anywhere else but here next time. Never again!

On my last visit I actually killed a black widow that climbed up the wall from behind the nightstand next to the bed. Luckily I was awake and noticed something climbing the wall, the widow could’ve easily climbed towards or up the bed and with a sudden move from me she could’ve bitten me and I could’ve suffered injury. I didn’t report it to staff in the morning cause I was late for my pick up in morning however I figured I’d address it in the survey.
The staff members i interacted with were friendly, caring, and paid attention to detail. There was a small problem with setting up my room, the front desk hostess helped me move my belongings to another room and was quite apologetic. The rooms show a lot of use but are kept clean. For the price this place is great.

Our experience was not good for the price paid, sofa bed was in horrible condition mattress needs to be replace, and there were no additional blankets to at least cover the mattress my daughter ended up sleeping in the sofa! Also no one cleaned our room te next day! No new towels were provided... Definitely will not recommend.
I was happy when I found a room available here at the last minute. Never stayed at an Extended stay before. My first impression was this is a nice property and the check in staff was friendly. Then when I got to the room, which is decent, the room was super cold. Tried to turn on the heater but it wasn't working properly. I called the front desk and the person on duty said she would stop by to check it out. I said thank you and will be waiting forr her.Well she never showed up and we were freezing for the whole night. The next morning while getting coffee, I found out the same person was on duty and I mentioned to her no one showed up to fix my heater. I was shock when she said, that was me and you hung up on me. She was rude and with a bad attitude. I have never been treated like that at any hotels before. I told her when I hung up because I thought she knew who was calling her from what room, like all the hotels I stayed at before. I didn't want to start an argument so I just left the office. This is the reason why I will never stay at An Extended Stay again.
Upon entering my room I turn the heater on and set the temperature at 74° so that I can go to sleep, but a whole hour went by and the temperature only went up 2° upon entering the room the room temperature was at 60°, due to my being tired I didn’t call the front desk after 2 AM What are they really going to do. I BOOKED A ROOM ON 04-17-17 HOWEVER DIDN'T ARRIVE TILL AFTER MIDNIGHT ON 04-18-17, THE HOTEL REP ON SITE, WAS SPOOKED OUT A LITTLE TO MUCH THAN NORMAL, KINDA OVER DRAMATIC TO BE HONEST, I SAY THAT CAUSE I USUALLY CHECK INTO THE HOTEL WHILE I AM IN UNIFORM, MY JOB IS TRANSPORTING DECEASED BODIES FROM OTHER CITIES IN CALIFORNIA TO A MEDICAL FACILITY IN SAN RAMON. NOT ONLY WAS I DISAPPOINTED BY HER REACTION TO MY SHIRT UNIFORM, I FELT UNCOMFORTABLE AS WELL, IN ADDITION TO THAT SHE PLACED ME IN ROOM NUMBER 304 INITIALLY, AFTER SHE GAVE ME MY KEY CARD, I LEFT THE LOBBY AND WENT TO THE ROOM, UPON ENTERING THE ROOM IT WAS NOT CLEANED, THE BED WAS UNMADE, THERE WAS A LIQUOR BOTTLE ON THE COUNTER, THE RESTROOM WAS DIRTY AND IT WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL, I HAD TO RETURN DOWN TO THE LOBBY ONLY TO SPEND ANOTHER 15 MINUETS OF HEARING HER NOT FEELING GOOD ABOUT MY STAY. OF AL OF THE TIMES I HAVE STAYED AT THAT LOCATION THIS ONE WAS THE MOST UN PLEASANT ONE. I HOPE THIS COMMENT GETS TO THE RIGHT PERSON. I DO ENJOY THAT LOCATION, HOWEVER I DONT FEEL AS I DESERVED TO BE GIVEN THAT TREATMENT NOT ONLY THAT THE ISSUE ABOUT THE ROOMS WAS NOT BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL. FURTHERMORE, UPON FINALLY GETTING INTO A ROOM, THE CLERK WAS ALSO UNABLE TO ACTIVATE MY INTERNET USE DUE TO THE COMPUTER NOT WORKING AT THE TIME, SHE HAD TO MANUALLY CHECK ME IN AND FOR THAT REASON I COULD NOT USE INTERNET FOR MY REPORT.
Rough crowd hanging out in front of rooms, dog poop in walkway, no elevator or help offered for the very pregnant lady and her bags, rhythmic banging from neighbors partying till 4am, very small room with garbage left from previous occupants, shoulders touch toilet paper roll if sitting on toilet (poorly spaced bathroom), no cribs or roll aways available, given room key which advertised breakfast on it and then told in the morning they don't do breakfast (would have planned our morning differently if we had known) - overall we had no sleep, no food, and a dingy room.
The staff at your hotel are nice. Though I seriously wish your specific hotel would offer free coffee for each room.
I came in on Monday Night and told them I would only be staying for a single night (I had reserved 2 nights). I asked the lady at the counter if she could cancel the second night. She said I had to call "Expedia" to cancel the second night. I did that, and they told me it was up to the hotel. Then I got a letter saying they denied my request. They lied to me knowing I would lose in the customer service blender.
Everything was OK until 05:15am when all of a sudden while I was asleep, the fire smoke alarm went off in my room, it would not turn off for thirty mins. After it went off I could not go back to sleep.
