I BOOKED A ROOM ON 04-17-17 HOWEVER DIDN'T ARRIVE TILL AFTER MIDNIGHT ON 04-18-17, THE HOTEL REP ON SITE, WAS SPOOKED OUT A LITTLE TO MUCH THAN NORMAL, KINDA OVER DRAMATIC TO BE HONEST, I SAY THAT CAUSE I USUALLY CHECK INTO THE HOTEL WHILE I AM IN UNIFORM, MY JOB IS TRANSPORTING DECEASED BODIES FROM OTHER CITIES IN CALIFORNIA TO A MEDICAL FACILITY IN SAN RAMON. NOT ONLY WAS I DISAPPOINTED BY HER REACTION TO MY SHIRT UNIFORM, I FELT UNCOMFORTABLE AS WELL, IN ADDITION TO THAT SHE PLACED ME IN ROOM NUMBER 304 INITIALLY, AFTER SHE GAVE ME MY KEY CARD, I LEFT THE LOBBY AND WENT TO THE ROOM, UPON ENTERING THE ROOM IT WAS NOT CLEANED, THE BED WAS UNMADE, THERE WAS A LIQUOR BOTTLE ON THE COUNTER, THE RESTROOM WAS DIRTY AND IT WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL, I HAD TO RETURN DOWN TO THE LOBBY ONLY TO SPEND ANOTHER 15 MINUETS OF HEARING HER NOT FEELING GOOD ABOUT MY STAY. OF AL OF THE TIMES I HAVE STAYED AT THAT LOCATION THIS ONE WAS THE MOST UN PLEASANT ONE. I HOPE THIS COMMENT GETS TO THE RIGHT PERSON. I DO ENJOY THAT LOCATION, HOWEVER I DONT FEEL AS I DESERVED TO BE GIVEN THAT TREATMENT NOT ONLY THAT THE ISSUE ABOUT THE ROOMS WAS NOT BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL. FURTHERMORE, UPON FINALLY GETTING INTO A ROOM, THE CLERK WAS ALSO UNABLE TO ACTIVATE MY INTERNET USE DUE TO THE COMPUTER NOT WORKING AT THE TIME, SHE HAD TO MANUALLY CHECK ME IN AND FOR THAT REASON I COULD NOT USE INTERNET FOR MY REPORT.

Rough crowd hanging out in front of rooms, dog poop in walkway, no elevator or help offered for the very pregnant lady and her bags, rhythmic banging from neighbors partying till 4am, very small room with garbage left from previous occupants, shoulders touch toilet paper roll if sitting on toilet (poorly spaced bathroom), no cribs or roll aways available, given room key which advertised breakfast on it and then told in the morning they don't do breakfast (would have planned our morning differently if we had known) - overall we had no sleep, no food, and a dingy room.

The staff at your hotel are nice. Though I seriously wish your specific hotel would offer free coffee for each room.

I came in on Monday Night and told them I would only be staying for a single night (I had reserved 2 nights). I asked the lady at the counter if she could cancel the second night. She said I had to call "Expedia" to cancel the second night. I did that, and they told me it was up to the hotel. Then I got a letter saying they denied my request. They lied to me knowing I would lose in the customer service blender.

Everything was OK until 05:15am when all of a sudden while I was asleep, the fire smoke alarm went off in my room, it would not turn off for thirty mins. After it went off I could not go back to sleep.

Not a good value. Could offer more ammenities. Was not a comfortable stay.

Room was nice but a little small. Other extended stays had a bit larger rooms.

I was late arrival n the staff still nice. I locked myself out n he helped right away.

I had a very good time with my friend very clean and quiet we will back next time

Booked a non-smoking room confirmed put us into a smoking room we checked in late and front desk was closed so could not change . Smoke smell woke both my husband and I up at four in the morning hotel staff unapologetic and would not do anything for us because we booked thru orbitz. Orbitz also would not do anything for us also. Horrible customer service!!!

Affordable room in a great location close to the freeway. The room has a small kitchenette which is great, however it does not come with the dishes, coffeemaker, and toaster as I had expected; I was provided to me after requesting it from the front desk manager.

They never have enough staff here during the busy hours of check in our check out. I swear, two times i checked in between 6 and 7 pm there were 4-6 customers ahead of me with a wait time of 20-25 minutes to check in. Last excuses were the system wasn "down", well I'm i am not DOWN with this place and service. go to the Dublin Extended Stay instead or another hotel

Smells of cigarette smoke, bed uncomfortable and generally has an old, dingy feel where people are allowed to smoke in the rooms. The rooms don't even have a no smoking sign, nor was I asked at check-in.

No ice machine, out of blow dryers and non-smoking rooms... Room was clean and comfortable but smelt like smoke all the next day. It was a safe place to sleep so at the end of the day it was ok. Will not be my first choice in the feature and I will spend the money for the nicer hotels.

Enough service was provided. Also, the staffs were kind. The breakfast menu was wonderful.

Excellent consumer service room clean relaxing an perfect location

It is a nice clean place. I also like the location too. But there is no elevator here. So you do not want to get a room on 3rd floor if you have lots of things to carry.

I booked a non-smoking room and when I got there they said they only had smoking rooms left. It was pretty gross, now everything in my suitcase pretty much smells like that room - stale cigarette smoke... yuck..

For what I needed it was fine. Just someplace to sleep. But when I went to checkout there was no one around. I waited and waited till I had to leave to make my meeting. I was not real happy about that.

Convenient and a good Value. It is a clean hotel and in a nice safe area.

does not live up to typical extended stays
