It is a older hotel so you can't expect it to have the atmosphere of a new or recently remodeled pricer hotels. The staff was responsive if I ask a question or needed something. My only reason for the low rating is questionable stains on the bedding and shower curtain. I've read some other reviews that mention this problem, they really need resolve it before I can recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Check-in was slow and terrible.

This hotel is to be avoided if at all possible. We booked a room at the East location, only to be told they had our reservation, but no room. We were at the West location, which had rooms but somehow could not honor our reservation. After a half-hearted effort, we were told that they 'couldn't waste any more time on this' problem. It was late at night and our cab had just left. The only way we got resolution is when my husband called the customer service number at their corporate office and made a huge fuss. We ended up getting a room, AT FULL PRICE, as they wouldn't honor the reservation price we had been given. When finally checking in, the front desk clerk actually started an argument trying to defend their actions. The facility was ok. The room was clean and neat, if rather plain. We were so upset with our treatment, we really didn't notice.

Hotel was way overpriced (almost $200/night), no simple amenities that you'd find in a regular hotel (i.e. hairdryer, shampoo, lotion, etc..), and the closet is nothing but a curtain on a rod that you pull over. Not worth the money, would not recommend it.

Right off freeway with gas station adjacent but set up as to remain quiet. Away from noisy main part of town. Take I-5 north one exit to Cypress to find all the restaurants gas stations etc. Relaxing lobby and A/C that worked like a charm on a 115 degree day! Our stop over between SF and Portland when we get a late start. Return guests-never an issue here.

Overall the area is beautiful and safe. Lots of choices for eating, shopping, walking. Perfect 75 degree sunny day. Checkin went perfect. Floors could have used a little better cleaning, but overall the room was great, comfortable bed. Fell asleep at 7:30. Exhausted from long day traveling.

It was a very nice stay, the only major concern I had was that the bathroom counter had a previously used bar of soap and a dirty hand towel on it when we checked in.

Nice location, suited my needs well, plenty of options around the neighborhood, plenty of parking etc.

Hotel was clean and quiet since it was far enough away from the freeway. It lacked a good breakfast setup, need some eggs and bacon to go with just nature valley bars and muffins.

The room was clean. Plenty of soaps & the air was on so it wasn't stuffy :) yay. Plenty of parking ~ great shower head. Amazingly quiet :) Some of the other guests were a bit weird

The staff was very nice and friendly, the hotel was less than an hour away from San Francisco....nice malls and good food. I was very satisfied.

It was alright, nothing special. They just did a remodel and did have a flat screen TV. Bring your own soap!! no travel size shampoo or conditioner!

Excellent location near my business venue. Restaurants nearby and close (but not too close) to major freeway. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again on future business trips to this area.

I booked this room for an employee and she felt so unsafe she ended having to find another hotel. She waited 20 minutes for anyone to show up at the front desk. Once she was assigned the room, the clerk announced her room number out loud in front of a lot of other guest, which invaded her privacy. She then went to her room and found the latch was broken, the room hadn't been cleaned and there were beer bottles strewn throughout the room. She ended up leaving the room and checking out that night. I will be asking for my money back!

I only stayed for two days, but having a kitchen in the same room is nice.

Great hotel

It's a clean wonderful quite hotel.

I asked for non-smoking but i got a smelly smoking room. the carpet was filthy! the one couch that was in the room was way to dirty for one to sit on. Staff was nice. Friendly staff, but over that maintenance of the room was horrible. they need to get their carpets washed ASAP!

In the description of the hotel, it say that there is a fitness room as well as a exercise room, but neither are at this location. This was one of the biggest reasons I chose the location, but just disappointment is what I found. It had a pool but it was closed the entire week of my stay. You also have to pay extra to have your room clean and sheets changed. Then exchange your towels at the front desk, only to find no one at the front desk. The hotel was quiet and rooms were spacious.

The front desk staff was very friendly, and willing to help with questions asked about dinning, stores, etc. The maids were very concern about cleaniness of the rooms.

Ron, we sincerely apologize for the housekeeping issues you encountered which resulted in a disappointing stay. We have checklists in place to inspect every suite after it has been serviced. Unfortunately, we missed something during this process, and for that we truly regret. We are working with our housekeeping team to reiterate the importance of our daily checklists to make sure this isn't repeated moving forward. Please give us another opportunity to redeem ourselves on your next visit to our area. Sincerely, General Manager
