We were there to attend the wedding at vineyard at 5pm, and we wanted to check in at 2 pm as advertised. But front desk said check in starts at 3pm , and said " it is not our mistake ,nothing to do with us" and didn't even try to help us. PC was working very slow and sounds like all confused. Finally they took my phone number and said they would call me as soon as the room available . We waited for a while then I noticed they were helping other guests to check in . Why they didn't call me if the room was available. Young lady tryed hard to get me a room. Since we were in a hurry to go to the wedding we didn't notice till we came back from wedding that the room had 2 double beds ,not 2 queen beds as I reserved. There were no refrigerators nor microwave nor hair dryer.

My wife and I checked in for the night. They accommodated a very late check in. There was a mix up with the rooms but it was resolved quickly.

Room didnt get cleaned up and when brought to the managers attention they acted like no big deal. Poor front desk help-always a long line and they are way to slow and dont care. Save your money and frustrations and stay somewhere else.

On entering I was told the place was just remodeled. It looked like a Hilton Garden Inn, but it's now a DoubleTree. To me the only remodel was the sign which enables higher average rates. Same tired decor in the lobby and rooms; and a slow creaky elevator. I waited over an hour to get in a room. Anita was pleasant and so was the bartender who was trying to help at check in - but both lacked experience and reservation system knowledge.

This hotel is right across the street from the airport and we thought it was going to be a horrible stay, but didnt have a choice all the hotels were booked everywhere we tried. So we booked it and stayed, it was such a wonderful stay, The rooms are soundproof we didnt hear one airplane and it was amazing just to look out the window and watch them take off and land. There was also a free shuttle bus that took you from the hotel into the airport so that you could catch the bart train there to take you right into the heart of San Fran. We couldnt have asked for better and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would def recommend to everyone

Came here to a mini, one day get away with my boyfriend to go wine tasting for a day but was a bit dissapointed. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, hallways with no air conditioner so it feels like you are walking through a sauna. My room that was given to me was next to the ice machine so it was noisy most of the time. Also, no hot water to take a shower & leaky sink faucet. The staff was great, helpful in whatever they can assist with but no rooms were available to have us change to a better room. Eventhough the location was great, I would not stay here again.

Ian - I just want to tell you that you are awful at your job. I understand that you were "just doing your job" but being in customer service type jobs most of my life, you never treat customers the way you did. Rude, disrespectful, and outright awful. As for the hotel itself, I have never been more let down then I was Saturday night. My girlfriend and I booked a two guest room, expecting at least a queen bed and a bath tub, and after dealing with the above, we get put into a handicap room with only a twin sized bed no bath. To top it off, the room smelled like it was cleaned with bleach, and had been recently smoked in. I called the front desk, and Ian let me know that that it wasn't his responsibility to help me and that I needed to call "third party" to figure out getting a different room. I ended up just leaving the hotel and requesting a refund. Very unhappy....

Checking in was a pleasure the staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean and modern.

The greeting and warm cookie was great. This is an old hotel that could use a bot of TLC. The elevators are slow, place is a stuffy and dingy; but the staff was friendly. I think shewas the daughter of the owner.

I stayed three nights. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff could not have been more gracious. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Livermore.

Good location! Great front desk & customer service! But poorly maintained. Continually, the tub faucet was dripping, tub/shower had some black mold and the caulk around the tub was very poor looking, only half way re-done around the tub/shower perimeter. Carpet worn out in aeras, ripped & wrinkled up! Nice hotel, just poorly maintained! I was visiting Livermore, CA to visit & attend my daughter's high school graduation. 6/13/14 Mahalos, Marten S.

The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. We used the gym, the business center and the resturant. All were just what we needed. we will stay here again.

The check in was effortless and the staff was friendly. The only down "complaint" was the dated carpet at the property, otherwise it was great.

IF IT IS TRULY A 4 STAR, THEN IT MUST HAVE SLIPPED IN JUST UNDER THE CUTOFF.

Several times the card key did not work so we had to get it re programmed - one of the beds had a brown spot on it (dirt?) - room was not ready when we arrived @ 2:00 - came back an hour later, still not ready. At checkout said no further charges - we get back to Houston and they have charged my debit acct $50 - for what? Now I have to contact them to see what for - never again - not recommended

I liked how they welcome you with a delicious cookie and free Starbucks coffee! The one who checked me in could have been a lot happier. The room was modern with the decor and the flat screen TV. The reception on the TV could have been more clear. The bathroom was a bit small. Other than that...I would come back for the price!

Room didnt get cleaned up and when brought to the managers attention they acted like no big deal. Poor front desk help-always a long line and they are way to slow and dont care. Save your money and frustrations and stay somewhere else.

wonderful stay

This hotel is right across the street from the airport and we thought it was going to be a horrible stay, but didnt have a choice all the hotels were booked everywhere we tried. So we booked it and stayed, it was such a wonderful stay, The rooms are soundproof we didnt hear one airplane and it was amazing just to look out the window and watch them take off and land. There was also a free shuttle bus that took you from the hotel into the airport so that you could catch the bart train there to take you right into the heart of San Fran. We couldnt have asked for better and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would def recommend to everyone

Came here to a mini, one day get away with my boyfriend to go wine tasting for a day but was a bit dissapointed. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, hallways with no air conditioner so it feels like you are walking through a sauna. My room that was given to me was next to the ice machine so it was noisy most of the time. Also, no hot water to take a shower & leaky sink faucet. The staff was great, helpful in whatever they can assist with but no rooms were available to have us change to a better room. Eventhough the location was great, I would not stay here again.
