People at the desk were nice the place was old somewhat renovated but not completely sheets were clean OK deal for the price
Very very old looking rooms, paint chipping, scuff marks and stains, pool closed for season even though temps were in the 70s. Very nice and friendly female staff member, male staff member gruff and grim. Fridge and microwave worked well, easy parking. No bathtub, only small shower stall. Had to ask for soap after rooms were cleaned because toiletries weren’t restocked. Breakfast was danishes, coffee, cereal and bottled water.
There was no room service/cleaning, making up beds, etc. for our entire stay.

hello my name is carla and i stayed in best vallue inn in 22may... i my bed was full of bed bugs and i got over 20 bites clusters i went to the hospital and also have a fever and infection in the bites site just letting you guys know thanks carla
Shower leaked, the bathroom was disgusting, left open food in the room and it was eaten by some sort of critter while I slept. I checked out early because I could not handle it one more night. I would definitely never go back!
the purpose of my accomodation was visiting san Francisco but it was very far, almost one hour. the room vas small, especially the bathroom! I didn't like anything about the room. but to tell the truth it was clean. the staff was good. and comparing to other hotels, motels it was not cheap.

it was not as comfortable as i hoped. i eather was trying to sleep or study my imfo. bed was hard,and lights were dim. needed more light to study.
The bed was firm and the sheets were well laundered. The closet was minimal, but we did not spend any time in the closet. The place turned to be within one block of where we were headed for Thanksgiving dinner. Starbucks is within walking distance too. It worked out fine.
Rooms were clean,in a quiet location, restraunants and shopping center near by.
for a cheap hotel, I was impressed. It was clean and I wasn't afraid to be barefoot in the shower. The location was great. Close to town for dinner and night life with a coffee/bagel/lunch place right across the street as well as a drug store.I hope to visit Livermore again and will definately stay there.
