We really enjoyed our stay. The resort was clean and beautiful with plenty to do for the kids. For an all inclusive the food was very good with plenty to choose from. My only complaints are that you need to carry your towel card to get towels, and the nightly entertainment was weak.

Our family had a wonderful experience at the Family Concierge at Paradisus La Esmeralda! It's almost hard to believe how high a quality place this was -- certainly not what you have in mind for a typical all-inclusive. The food was spectacular -- we seriously had 4 dinners that would have been $200+ meals at home (Brazilian steakhouse, Asian Fusion, teppanyaki, etc.). The staff was friendly and attentive and everything was clean and well taken care of. We liked the Family Concierge pool quite a bit and spent most of our time there during the five days. Our 1 bedroom suite was enormous and quite comfortable. The resort exceeded our expectations in every possible way and we'd recommend it in a heartbeat! While the 'adult beverages' are plentiful certainly, we didn't see any overtly excess consumption and rowdy behavior, which was nice. The perfect family all-inclusive for sure. If you have access to the Family Concierge then you also get free access to the sauna and steam room at their lovely spa; take advantage of this as it is such a luxury!

I'd highly recommend the family concierge option to anyone considering this hotel. The less crowded, heated pool was a highlight of our trip - not to mention having a special concierge that left surprises in the room every night for the kids.

The Paradisus is the best resort I and my family have ever been. Everything is high quality: spacious and clean room, awesome staff, plenty of amenities and great food. The Family Concierge makes a family vacation even better, if possible.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. There were plenty of towels on the beach and plenty of places to Hang out. There was A lot of entertainment for all ages. Great place for a family vacation

We stayed at the Paradisus Esmeralda for 7 days during spring break. We are a family of 4 with kids 11 and 8. We absolutely had the best time!!! This hotel is incredible. We booked the family concierge and it was definitely worth it. Our concierge Alfredo was GREAT! He was very attentive and took care of a lot of our needs (wine for our room, chocolate milk and cookies every day for the kids, restaurant reservations, pool chairs, etc ...) The food was delicious. Olio, Mole, Bana, Vento and the grills by the pool are delicious. The drinks were quality liquor for an all inclusive (Grey Goose vodka, Black label scotch..) Our pool waiter Adrian was great. Constantly bringing water, drinks and food all day long. The rooms are huge and very clean. Jacuzzis tubs in the bathroom and on the balcony which we used every day. The pools are huge and lots of fun. The beach is good with some activities. It has a grill and a bar so it makes it convenient. We absolutely loved this hotel and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend Paradisus Esmeralda Family Concierge!!!!!!!!!!!!
