This apartment is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, a few steps from the beach and surrounded with the best restaurants in the city to taste Mexican and international food. For the night owls, you will be staying downtown, where all the restaurants, shops, night clubs, beach clubs, bars and local ambience is taking place.
You will love having the around the corner from your place and spend some quality time under the Caribbean sun with the relaxing tropical breeze and the bright turquoise sea to complete a perfect snapshot for your vacations. This is paradise.
In the evening, you might go for a walk through the pedestrian 5th avenue to search for small handicraft and the top-brand shops living together in balance here.

PARKING
There are a few Free street parking lots in front of the building, first come first served. Also there is street parking available at the premises.
GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Playa del Carmen to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this condo has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
