Pool

The overall experience of our two night stay was very good. All the staff and the evening entertainment teams, pools, beach & cleanliness were excellent. Our room location and surroundings were very nice. The only thing we found lacking was the bedroom was dated and the balcony patio door did not have a lock. However, our overall enjoyment of our experience was very good!

We had a terrible experience in this hotel. From check in to check out. Check in was terrible, they didn’t even indicate our correct room number and no one help with our luggage, we ended up going up the wrong way up 5 floors of stairs with luggage and a toddler. On the second day our son got injured swimming under water in the pool he came up bleeding, there was no lifeguard attending in the area, no one help in the hotel we had to drive to local public hospital he ended up with 6 stitches on his forehead. We made reservations for the restaurants twice they couldn’t find them. The food is sickening and salty. This is the type of resort it could be your worst nightmare of a vacation.

I liked the all inclusive meal & drinks price. But, that being said, you get the standard fare of drunks at 9am. The staff do a pretty good job dealing with them fast but not always.

Nothing special.

The service was terrible, I had to argue with someone to get an extra towel for my daughter. However, I had to pay $165 extra for my 4 year old girl as extra guest. Food was nasty, and the staff didn’t care to clean the area of replenish.

Listen up! This isn't a Caribbean-style-kiss-all-spoiled-Americans-butt type Resort! But that's ok. It doesn't mean it's a bad resort, it's just different than most all-inclusive we are used to. They cater to mostly the Panamanians and the Colombians and there is just a different vibe. Not much English, especially shows. GOOD-Pools, lots of them. Water-slide fun for the kids. Beach is not busy and acceptable for tanning, water is rough. Rooms were clean, but old. Grounds, excellently cared for. EVERYTHING within walking distance if you're halfway healthy. I understand persons with physical limitations or special needs, but 2 flights of stairs is nothing. ACCEPTABLE-Food, it is plentiful and there are 7 specialty restaurants. We were there for 9 days and always had a variety. Variety is there, keep an open mind. Drinks-Atlas Beer on Tap. They have about 6 ok signature drinks, but weren't "tropical" BAD-Pools close at 5pm! Only 1 stays open and it gets crowded and which pool changes daily w/o notice. No swim up bar, no drinks in pool, unless you had your own cup w/lid. (Buy at Walmart) Rooms-had refrigerator NOTHING inside! Extra $40 per day for mini bar! Room safe extra. NO COFFEE MAKER. Fantastic view w/balcony, but no coffee to sit on our porch to enjoy in the morning. Real downer. Serious problem w/insects at buffet of one outdoor restaurant. We get it, Bugs happen, but NO ONE did anything about it. WORST-No posted communication about events, shows, restaurants.

Very nice family style resort While I understand that I was in a Spanish speaking country, I struggled to communicate while there as an English only speaking vacationer. This resort could significantly improve it’s standing if it provided the following basic amenities in each room: 1. An Iron and ironing board 2. A small wash towel for each guest. They only provide towels and a hand towel that was too long to bath with

From the moment we arrived, I was very impressed by the cordial staff beautiful surroundings, rooms, restaurants.

Nice hotel good Staff. In restaurant Atlantic and Pacific the people donot have good presentation of food plate and do not treat good. Not have snack of food for childrens.

We are very sorry to read that we did not meet your expectations on the service also using Expedia. We checked it out with the staff involved and we are taking corrective actions to continuously improve our guests experience.
