Property comes equipped with a full kitchen, beautiful furnishings, central AC and heat, brand new kitchen, twin sink vanity, outdoor workspace, cozy fire pit and outdoor dining area, a screened-in back patio, and full laundry room. Perfect for small quiet retreats, small formal gatherings, weddings, baby showers, certain private parties in a quaint and very private location. This is a place to just get away from it all, and still be close to the city. Parking is available for pick up truck and/or up to 4 standard vehicles
