Clean rooms, friendly staff.
We like the location of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good.
Staff was nice and friendly. Clean facility and restaurants were close by. The breakfast options could have been a little better but other than that the stay was awesome.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Oversized shower head w. good pressure was a nice touch. Did have an issue w. the pullout couch not functioning, and my child had to sleep on the floor, but the person on duty was very accommodating in providing extra bedding and pillows to make it as comfortable as possible. And, the manager subsequently discounted the rate when it was brought to her attention, so that's about the best you can hope for. The wifi was a little spotty, and there were some weird smells in the common areas/halls, but the room was just fine. For a budget option in a good location, I was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality and level of service.
The lady at the front desk on the evening shift was so awesome and really made our stay worth it. The room was clean and quiet and we wished we could have stayed longer.

The price for the hotel was decent. However, several things about this hotel made my experience terrible. First of all, the hotel room had a strange musty smell. The knob on the bathroom door was rusty and dirty. When I first walked into the hotel room, there was water filled in the bathroom so we had to drain it. Also, the bathroom exhaust fan was broken. The hotel also had odd rules. Room service had to be requested in order for them to clean the room. It was a little weird because I have never been to a hotel where service had to be requested. Rather, hotels where I had been would normally clean your room for you daily. Staff wasn’t the friendliest. The lady I first met at the check-in desk was nice, but other than that all the staff seemed pretty grumpy most of the time. The breakfast was ok, but the options were pretty limited.
The rooms are large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The "breakfast" was cookies, muffins, waffles and cereal. No fruit or protein. The outside grounds were a little trashy.
The room had clean bedding and nice desk with chairs, dresser and convenient lamps. It was chilly when I stayed and the heater worked great. The TV was nice with nice features such as places of interests to visit, movies to order, and sample of music that could be played for limited time for free. The hallway uses an air deodorizer connected to a fan which was too strong and felt like I was breathing in air chemicals. The continental breakfast was the bare minimum. If you want economy with a touch of class, this is your hotel.
Good location. A bit of a challenge to get to. Maintenance could use some more attention. Great room for the price. Get a room on the east side of the property. The west side faces the highway and there is quite a bit of noise.
