Check in staff very friendly. Our room was not refreshed, had to ask for coffee 2nd day. Saw a roach in hall!!! Will not ever stay there again! Elevator very creeky.
Our first stay was great. Clean room friendly staff no issues. Our 2nd stay coming back from a 32 hour international travel day and we were met with a nasty room. Hair on the bed sheets and pillows. Blood stains and other weird brown black stains. We were too exhausted to go down and say anything so we waited till morning. No staff was seen when we were checking out so couldn’t talk with anyone about it and we needed to get on the road for an 11 hour drive. Really disappointed considering I paid $123 for a night of nasty :(
I was surprised by how quiet it was being so close to the highway and in a business area.

Very nice, clean, and a friendly staff. I wish the indoor pool would have been warmer, i tried to take my kids swimming, but it was too cold for them.
$20 was debited from my card for incidental fees that i never knew about when i booked through Orbitz or even upon checking in. I found out when i checked my bank account trasactions hours after i had checked out. It wouldve been fine just maybe Orbitz and the hotel should put a sign at the desk or let people know instead is running their card secrety and taking it anyway
It was a nice hotel with clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety. The room came with free Wi-Fi, but it's only good non-video web use. There was a surcharge for the full version. They don't tell you that in the advertisement.

Found cockroach in room. Beds are not comfortable. Had a bug fly into our breakfast. Elevator broken down for more than 24 hrs.

We always appreciate the friendly staff here ar Fairfield Inn. This is sort of our command center when we spend the night in Pkano. Clean rooms and handy for the places we want to go are two great reasons for choosing this hotel. We will choose it again .
I really liked the staff. They were very helpful, efficient and friendly. Check in was a breeze and the room super clean and nice!!! The location was perfect, not too far from the highway and close to our destination!!!! I will recommend this hotel!!
